Perfectly situated for visiting the Cité, which was literally 5 mins from the hotel. The view from our window was exactly as the one here- is it my photo?!!
Rooms are small but more than adequate; the breakfast buffet at €10 per person was excellent
The wet room was divided from the bed area by a glass partition; being married for 50 years was not a huge problem, but even we timed our visits to the bathroom for a level of privacy.

Excellent price / performance ratio. The rooms are small but very well designed so they provide enough comfort. Absolutely unbeatable location a few steps from the entrance to the historic center. Possibility of safe parking. They also offer an underground garage for a motorcycle for 5 Euros per night. Definitely recommend.

Parking in the area takes some time, possible but takes some time and exploring.
It was too hot weather and the AC in the room made some noise, so it was between sleeping naked or with ear plugs :-)

Good location near the old town. Room is basic but comfortable. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was nice and everything was kept topped up. It was good value. Thermostat in the room was great so we could have it the temperature we wanted. A staff member took us to the airport when our taxi was 40 minutes late. It was much appreciated.
The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom meant it felt like you'd no privacy. Room is small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. Great location that’s just a 5-minute walk from the medieval city. Loved that I could see the castle from my room. Free parking was much appreciated.
I had a room with two single beds for my dad and I. For some reason, the room was designed with frosted glass in the bathroom instead of a wall, so it was a little awkward constantly having to look away when my father would use the bathroom so I wouldn’t see any outlines of private parts. The shower also was not great, as there’s no door or anything, so water is just ricocheting off your body all over the floor and toilet. Lastly, the room was pretty stuffy since the A/C didn’t seem to be working. I woke up each morning covered in sweat.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the castle and the medieval city. The room was simple but very clean, well-ventilated, and perfectly dark at night, which made for a great night’s sleep. What really stood out was the staff’s attention and follow-up — they were thoughtful, kind, and genuinely cared that everything was perfect. A lovely and comfortable place to stay — I’d definitely come back!
The breakfast was simple yet nutritious, though a bit more variety would make it even better.

The location is excellent, it is about five minutes walk away from the Narbonne gate of the old city. The breakfast buffet was good value for the money.
The bathroom was one of the modern designs where there is frosted glass window to the room. This meant that it was impossible to go to toilet in the middle of the night and turn on the light without waking the other occupant up.
