The location is perfect! We ordered big room with balcony, good value for money.
The hotel charges visitors if they don’t wash dishes, dries them and so on. We should rewash the cups, knives and dishes as they were dirty! Sponge for washing dishes was disgusting and very old - we didn’t use it. We didn’t use cooling camera as it was very dirty as well. We wanted to make reservetaion for private parking, but we were told, that it is busy - when we came empty spot was free from our arrival till departure.

the staff were friendly and helpful when i arrived. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable
There is absolutely 0 soundproofing with the windows. Though not the hotels fault I was kept up until 4am by very noisy neigbours having a party until the police arrived, then, at 7am people were setting up for the outdoor market. This was absolutely horrendous for me as I had another 6 hour drive after my stay ! Until they put in proper glazing I won't be staying at this hotel again which is unfortunate as it is well placed.

It is a good central Location and the greeting by the reception was very friendly.
Pleasantly surprised by the free snack area and what was offered from it.
The room was smaller than I had expected, as we booked for 3 people, to find a pull out bed as the third bed as opposed to a proper bed, as was envisioned in the photo provided of the type of room when booking.
The window view of the back of the hotel was unpleasant, not that I expected a view, looking over a very dirty roof and service buildings infested with pigeons and their mess, it has clearly not been cleaned in a long time, which would help the appearance despite the lack of real view.
The bathroom detailed cleanliness was poor, with the plug hole in the sink evidently given only a cursory clean, there is no toilet roll holder, just loose toilet rolls, which I considered poor. Also we only had 2 full size bath towels and one that could only be described as a hair towel, poor show considering the room was booked for 3 people.
I expect we would not return to the city loft apartments again, as for similar price we had a much better apartment when we stopped in Dijon the previous year, likely we would rebook their instead.

dated decor, some loose tiles in bathroom, our floor of the hotel was being used as a laundry store with towels left on the floor for the 3 days we were there, felt like our room was in a service area, bit strange!

Central location.
Afternoon snacks/ drinks.
Staff is professional.
When I entered the room, the air was stale.
Opening the window and turning on the AC helped, but didnt solve the problem.
The amount of shower gel wasn't enough.
The bathroom doesnt have a table/ flat space to put things.
The tub really wants you to take showers instead of baths.
The thing in the bath to trap water to stop it from being a shower doesnt fit, I put it in upside down to trap the water somehow.
The elevator moves weird, get it looked at at the next elevator upkeep.

Clean is ok, well decorated room and location right in the centrum, Parking public Granjier with very low cost 24 h, secure and right next to the Hotel
in the corner you have a Boulangerie, you can by fresh croissants and bread since 8;00 in the morning
Don´t book the parking from the Hotel, entrance is very narrow, a modern car cannot get in to het (well a Fiat, Smart or something like that.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is in the center. I appreciate the cleanliness and amenities in the room - the refrigerator, kettle, tea, stove, plates, etc. The staff was very helpful especially the girl in the front desk who helped me in everything with patience and kindness. I wish I could remember her name but if she is reading this she will know that she helped me with inquiring a product from a boutique because I don't speak French. This place was made memorable because of this experience.

Excellent location, in-town Dijon. Mostly surrounded by pedestrianized streets. Easy walk to main sites in Dijon. Check-in was efficient.
This is one of those city hotels that provide you a big room in a very barebones setting. It keeps it affordable, and its a reasonable choice. But certainly doesn't have the charm that other types of hotels are capable of providing.

The room was lovely and clean, my parents and I took advantage of the 'happy hour', enjoying free soft drinks and nibbles in the cafe. I was sorry not to be able to have the breakfast but I was running the Marathon des Grands Crus and breakfast only started at 8am. The staff was really friendly and they looked after my suitcase and bags while I was at the race. I would definitely like to stay in this hotel again next time I come to Dijon.
The only issue is that the reception is closed between 1pm and 3pm and there is no way of collecting the keys during that period. It didn't matter so much this time as I arrived in Dijon at about 1pm and went straight to lunch but, if the reception has to be closed in that period, perhaps you could set up some way for people to still collect their keys? Or aybe shortne the break to 1-2pm? It was a little bit inconvenient.

Location and breakfast were good.
Cleanliness and the policy to wash the dishes or be charged 25 euros was disturbing. This means that I’m to trust the cleaning habits of the guests before me because they cleaned the dishes?? We come from the U.S where the standard is sterilization of dish ware between guests, further it’s quite rude to expect and threaten your guests if they didn’t wash the dishes. An odd policy and brings into question the cleanliness of the hotel.
