the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly - providing help with parking the motorbike. We travelled separately by train and motorbike. The hotel was perfectly located for the station and to walk into the center of town. The breakfast was very good.
The pool room smelt very strongly of chlorine and this smell was in the lifts.

Spa Facilities were great, although there was no bucket of water to use in the Sauna, which was odd as there was no way to use it as a traditional sauna so heat was low.
Secure parking was a bonus and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Sauna for reason above.

The location was good
We only booked this hotel because it was advertised as having parking and having a swimming pool/spa.
When we arrived we were told parking was not an option and we had to park in the multi story opposite, however the maximum height restriction was 1.8 metres and my van exceeded this,
So after driving round for over an hour trying to find an alternative parking space I had to stay in the short stay car park which ended up costing me more than the hotel!
I tired to not let the parking dilemma spoil my trip and set off for a lovely βspa dayβ but when we arrived the pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was barely Luke warm, the steam room was out of order, there were no towels/showers,
I decided to go back to the room for a nice bath instead (seeing as though I could not swim in the pool)
After I cleaned the grime out of the bath, I couldnβt fill it as the plug didnβt fit,
οΏΌThe room was ridiculously small, I couldnβt even put my suitcase down as there was no floor space big enough.
We booked 2 nights but left after the first night as I couldnβt stand to be here any longer and couldnβt afford another night in the car park

Gute Lokalisation.
Rooms are very small no problem if you don't get room directly under roof, rolet on window broken, cleanliness in bathroom poor, air-condition extrem laud, no fridge, on reception they can not even open bottle of wine,
Spa was also on terrible situation, very dangerous... in steam sauna is a bit older and not very clean in steam sauna tiles on which you suppose sit on half place broken also on floor, jacuzzi smelt extrem from chlorine. WC defend table on which was wash bowl in room. Mildew was in bathroom really poor.

Our bikes were safe in the underground parking. The room was clean and the sound insulation worked as it was pretty noisy with the window open. It was really convenient for the station and it even had tea making facilities.
It was over priced for the quality of the bathroom which was dated and tiny size of the bedroom. Fine for a brief stopover but no longer.

This stay was a great experience, made special by the warm pool, spa and sauna. The staff was friendly. The decoration makes you feel like you're on a spaceship which was quite fun. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. The breakfast was really good and the parking easy to access and safe. The town center and park are just a few steps away, with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from but also many shops.
The rooms were quite small but cosy

I enjoyed swimming. The location is really good for someone who arrives by train. The room has sufficient space for working with a PC, and there is hot water and some coffee. People are friendly and helpful. Close to the place there is a beautiful botanic garden.
The breakfast has tasty orange juice and a good selection of fruit. The only cheese is some hard cheese slices packed in plastic. Processed cheese is cheap and could have completed the experience. Some camembert would be excellent. Not enough cabinet space in the room, I had to use my suitcase.

Secure underground car park and in a good location to be able to walk into town. Very cool in the room on a hot summer's day with strong AC in every room. Friendly and understanding staff.
The AC worked a little too well even on the lowest setting, I woke up with a dry throat every morning. If staying again I would book a larger room as the standard double was "cosy". The majority of the satellite TV channels didn't work.

1. Expensive paid parking(15β¬ vs. 9β¬ for public) that you have to book separately beforehand and in order to know that you either have to read the booking thoroughly or read the automated message in the morning of arrival. Which could have been sent a day before tbh.
2. Theyβve put us in a room that isnβt even on the pictures, top floor with attic roof. It was so tiny and the ceiling was so low we had to always mind our heads. Meanwhile there were no pictures of these rooms in the booking listing. It was also very hot when we got there, thank god it was evening and the ventilator worked.
3. A lot of things broken. Pool doesnβt work and stinks like hell on a way to breakfast, bedside lamp didnβt work, hair dryer didnβt work, light switchers, low setting on ventilator, shower head holder broken and put on such height thereβs no way it will be comfortable to use.
4. I canβt begin to tell how DIRTY it was. Like super dusty, moldy, dirty windows, weird spots on the wall, unvacuumed underbed, dirt and mold in tile seams in the shower.. out of the room wasnβt great either, lots of flies in breakfast zone, utensils were not refilled properly.
Overall impression was so unpleasant, I donβt recommend to book a stay with them. Iβve had more photos, they didnβt fit

It was great to have access to the spa (the pool is being repaired) in this hotel which is right next to the train station, and very reasonably priced. I could store my luggage here too after checkout. The rooms are comfy and have tea/coffee making facilities. All the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. When I was passing through the following week the kind staff let me use the wifi and charge my phone.

They gave me free breakfast to compensate for the lack of AC. (They were also offering a refund, but I did not accept it because looking for another hotel was going to be a waste of time). The breakfast was good. The location was excellent, next to the train station, quiet and walkinh distance to the center. They had very nice gummies at the reception desk.
I had bad luck. There was no air conditioning or fans. They should have fans in case the AC breaks again, because it was incredibly hot, I was unable to rest because of that. And the swimming pool was empty.

The room was comfortable and fairly spacious for a single room. The breakfast buffet was good value, but I paid for it in the morning and it was significantly cheaper than if I had paid for it at the time of booking. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa. The hotel was overall much nicer than I had expected.
The room was too hot, but I was abler to open a window and let some cool, fresh air in.
