Absolutely amazing room. Perfect for us, our two daughters and two dogs. Wow the view from the room was breathtaking and location couldn’t have been more perfect. Staff all super friendly. Breakfast was delightful. Would highly recommend.

We had two small double rooms and they were snug, but that was to be expected. We both had fantastic views of the town and harbour.
Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and you could have loads.
Breakfast was pricey at 17 E 50 if all you wanted was a yoghurt and an orange.
I missed having a long mirror, but everything else was great.
We needed a little help to get the televisions to work, but they were so good in dealing with this and even spent some time getting English language TV.
My mother did have a leak from an upstairs shower. Again they dealt with this really efficiently and gave us two free breakfasts for the inconvenience.

It’s all about parking! There is parking associated with the hotel about 200 meters away, but it’s behind a house and difficult to find. Pay attention that there is an address for the parking and the building has a name - The Grand Maison. Breakfast ok - pretty expensive for what you get so we went elsewhere the second day.

Located in a lovely historic building which has been sympathetically updated to a high standard. We had a large room and a spa bath and wonderful views of the port outside. The staff were helpful and polite at all times. Unusually for a French hotel, there was tea and coffee making in the room (and it was good quality). Our room was exactly what we needed to relax in after a long day of travelling and sight seeing, having walked around the beautiful port, art shops, chocolateiers, cafes, restaurants and bars. What a treat-The staff are really nice and so sweet and helpful too.
The “deluxe king room” was supposed to be equipped with “a large double bed”; but we had been provided two bed pushed together, that I could feel whilst sleeping on it.

The hotel is very centrally located, right by the beautiful harbour. There is a large public parking lot (pay parking) across the street - we didn't have trouble finding overnight parking (it was March though). Everything is in walking distance, which is great. The place was clean and the room had a mini fridge and a kettle which was appreciated. We got an okay deal on the room rate as it was off season, but I am still disappointed.
We expected a room like the pictures seen on booking.com - but our room wasn't even coming close to those photos. Not sure why they called our room "superior triple room with harbor entrance view". There was nothing superior about the fairly small and basic room. We travelled with our teenage daughter. Turned out the third bed was a murphy bed, more like a cot than a bed. But the worst part was that her bed was literally touching the heater (we had to turn off the heat to make it bearable for her), and it was right under the window that was supposed to offer the harbor entrance view. Well, with the bed in the way, nobody couldn't look out of the window. We also couldn't open that window or she would have hit her head. The lack of the promised view (which was the reason for us to book this hotel) was quite disappointing. If this room would have been called "economy triple" I might have felt like I made a good deal, but "superior with view" doesn't feel right in this case. Also, while the bathroom and toilet are in separate spaces which is generally a smart idea, but the toilet door had (slightly frosted) glass which isn't very smart in this 3-people room because the murphy bed and the toilet are exactly opposite from each other and the frosted glass didn't hide much.

The location & views from the hotel were great, breakfast choice and quality was fab & the staff very friendly. We had some excellent recommendations for restaurants from a lovely lady as reception and always a warm welcome.
We didn’t realise how small the shower cubicle was & very difficult to manoeuvre , you could not swing a cat!!!

Excellent location, room [ junior suite] was very roomy and had fantastic views.
Would highly recommend and will return.
The only minor was the parking. We traveled to Honfleur on our motorbike and was told we needed to reserve secure parking.
But not an issue we parked directly outside.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel-provided parking is a 15 minute walk away from the hotel, we used the bus stop to park and load/unload our luggage as there was no other closer location. Also note the parking is uphill, don't expect to drag luggage to/from that location. There is public parking across the street much closer, that had space, but we had already committed to using their space; and their space is locked and not public.

Check-in was not so good. Parked rental car in front of hotel on narrow street to unload luggage. Received no help and wife was not informed of restroom off lobby when she asked. At checkout, had to get adjustment for overcharge even after person at desk supposedly had fixed it.
