I paid more than a fair price . only option was to pay 2 rooms for a couple + 2 children and no discount was given considering 2 children ! first time in Accor in this conditions since years and I discover in the hotel different options for family stage. When I booked there was no other option available for the period, clear, but,
The main issue for me was the indifference of the manager, when I asked why I was paying this unfair price considering the prices that I saw in the hotel and I asked options for one or two nights ( I paid minimum 30% more than a family room because of the hotel and not because I wanted 2 rooms for my family ).
So, I asked the Manager to see any option during the 4 nights and no minimum effort was done by her. Unfortunately, her arrogant behaviour was something unbelievable with a family and a client of Accor since more than 10 years.
Other issues during my days :
1- one day the rooms were not cleaned and the manager said, after We discover that the rooms were not cleaned, that this situation was because I kept the rooms closed/blocked (with no orientation and no one single word “sorry for this inconvenient “.
2 - another day, after the cleaning, one of the rooms was opened (the whole day). when I arrived and saw it, again, I reported this issue for
the manager and she just said : “ yes, there is a technical issue and we have no technician for repairing the door . All our personal belongs/documents were inside of the opened room and this was her message . Again, no single excuse was said ! unbelievable ! very very arrogant behaviour .
summarising I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody and this is my first bad experience in Accor since years using this very good company services around the World ! in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, USA, France, Germany, Spain, etc …
remark - > to not be unfair with other employees (normally good ones ) I forgot the name but she worked in the nights of 27 and 28 ….

this is a fantastic place for bicycle tourists! the Styles hotel offers everything you need! The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is superior to other hotels. and the staff is always helpful!

In heatwave situation,staying in air conditioned room is like in heaven. Staffs were very friendly. We parked our car in Ferris wheel area as hotel staff guided and our car was safe (first I was not sure but I was too lazy to move it). Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice. I recommend to get the view from Ferris wheel, so amazing. I walk around as the map provided from staff and it was so pleasant. Don’t forget to bring good shoes with you. This town is so charming.

Great location close to the old harbour, excellent breakfast and nice 'added extras' like free water and sweets for the kids in Reception. Room was clean and air con was great. Cheap parking just over the road near the ferris wheel was 5 Euro for 24 hours.
One of our rooms whilst clean, smelled of cigarette smoke. The shared areas and corridors seemed a little outdated and the carpets could do with a refresh.

The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel staff gave us useful instructions to park the car in proximity of the hotel (Park de Mole) at a very advantageous fee (5 euros per day).

The location just a minute walk from the Port de Honfleur. The breakfast was nice.
Th room had seen a better day and there was quite a smell in our room, even opening the window didn’t help much. My wife also complain about the ineffective hair dryer. There were only 2 towel and a shower mat but no face towel nor hand towel to be seen.

Location was excellent with a five minute walk to the harbor. Breakfast was good, lots of bread, cheeses and a great selection of fruits and juices. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. We would surely recommend it.
Parking was really pricey, but we were in town and very close to everything we wanted to see. One bed was a little uneven, but was fine for one night.
