Reception lady, when asked about having two beach towels said she needs to ask, stood up, went for a split second on a corridor, came back saying that she asked and they have no beach towels. Her "scene" was absolutely hilarious!!! ???
Parking. You pay extra 10 euros/day, but to go in/out of the parking lot you have to use a code on a keypad that cannot be accessed from the car. So, you drive the car in front of the barrier, get out the car, punch in the code, get back into the car, drive for 7-10 meters, reach the second barrier, get out of the car, punch in the same code again, get back into the car and there you go. The same procedure applies when you enter the parking lot. Welcome to the digital era!
Noise! The doors seem to be made of papaer. You can hear anything and anybody, especially the cleaning ladies in the morning.

This cosy family hotel is located in a city center, close to a beach, an embankment, bus stops, restaurants and a loundry, but it is a very quiet place. The first thing you meet here is a soulful and friendly staff, always ready to help. From the first minute it seems that you are visiting a family, not a hotel. The room was spotless and properly cleaned every day. Pet accomodatiton is permitted for an extra charge. There is a private parking near the hotel, so you don't bother about your car.
Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. It consisted of corn flakes, eggs, chees and ham, honey, jam, cofee, tea, yoghurt and etc.
There are two beaches within walking distance of the hotel: paid (with umbrellas and sunbeds) and free. Both of them were clean with enough of place to rest in isolation.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends and come again with my family!

There were so many things that we liked about this hotel. First, and always important, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - right by the beach with many restaurants nearby. The décor of the hotel was quite nice and stylish and they had a nice courtyard for afternoon drinks. The room was clean and comfortable and it had a small patio the opened onto the yard.

The shower was in a roll top bath with no fixing for the shower head. The water flow was good but having to hold the shower head was a bit awkward and meant more water getting onto the floor. Better to have a shower cabinet as more people take showers than baths these days

The television kept lighting up every 15 min starting at 4 am and I couldn't turn it off as the plug was too high to reach. Also the room was on the parking lot with not much of a barrier for privacy.

Location is PERFECT! Right in the heart of the bustle on LGM. The staff were super friendly and allowed us entry to our room an hour early. Definitely needed with a cranky 2 yr old! The hotel is 1 min walk from the beachfront too!

Before arrival responded quickly confirming car parking arrangement as we had a large vehicle. Helpful staff. Small hotel next to the beach and restaurants. Nice size room comfortable bed. We didn’t have breakfast but the coffee was good.
Small criticism only had a Basic shower over the bath. Friends room had a better power shower. It still did the job but basic.

Stayed for three nights in a room with "sea view" (while the sea itself couldn't be seen due to some greens and bushes).
The place is very nice and clean and is a privately and very professional managed small hotel located between the "Grand Motte"-pyramids and the beach. Walk to the beach is about 1 minute. Also the promenade with several restaurants and shops and bars is in 3 minutes walking distance.
Rooms are equipped with private bathroom and AC.
The breakfast is good and prepared individually. The hotel features own parking.
The staff (family) is super friendly and nice - thanks for the good service.
