Friendly welcome. Room was clean (apart from stained carpet) and the bed was comfortable.
There is no car park at the hotel. Street parking or paid public car park about 5 minutes away.
The bathroom had a wobbly floor tile in front of the sink. Light above the sink had only one functioning bulb.

Very Clean. Placed in the city.
No parking at all. Two different visa cards were not accepted, AIB bank and Revolut. Had to go literally outside to an ATM and get cash. Queen bedroom extremely small, half meter around the bed was all the space. Could use a fridge in the room.

Good for a quick night stay but it is a half hour walk to the port and parking isn’t with the hotel, it’s first come first serve on the street so spots are guaranteed and it’s timed so from 6pm to 9am it’s free. It made us get up and out earlier but defo a pit stop kind of stay. The room and the hotel was super clean and comfortable!!

The location was great being just in front of Le Havre train station.
The staff were all friendly and polite.
The shower pressure wasn’t great and the breakfast items I found limiting. As a vegetarian, there is little choice other than fruit salad and pastries.
We waited in the lounge/bar area for service of drinks for around 15 minutes and no one came.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and good sized room. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable! Water and coffee replenished daily. Across from station and surrounded by cafes, shops, and markets.
A mini fridge in the room would be nice!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Huge underground parking in 3 minutes by foot.
Everything around the hotel was smelly, dirty and full of illegal immigrants. First room which we received was very stinky so we were given another one (kudos to the receptionist who managed all this in 5 minutes). Breakfast was very poor, no fruits/vegetables. Rooms were not sound-proofed so we heard all our neighbours.

Very well located just in front the train station, making it an easy way to explore towns around as Rouen Honfleur and Etretat.
And the tram is also there.
Mr Francois and his team are exceptional and they go out of their way to accomodate or help.
Thank you to all !
The outside look is deceiving and a bench or small table to make it more cozy

Staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned really well.
Room had very bad smell - carpet needs cleaning or I don't know what. Air conditioning made so much noise and I couldn't open my window for air because I was facing the very noisy and busy road in front. Breakfast was generally not very good. Croissants stale, not at all flakey. Initially I saw Kusmi teas displayed when I came in the night before but for breakfast they only offered cheap Lipton Tea. What is that about? Talk about bait and switch. Seriously - why would you do that??

Super convenient location near a tram stop, bus terminal, and train station. Rooms were quiet, pillows comfy, and the temperature was easy to control. The gym’s small with mostly cardio equipment (elliptical x1, stationary bike x1, treadmill x1, all-in-one home gym machine x1).
The breakfast area was clean and comfy, but there were tiny bugs around the bread. I also found a hair on the bedsheet and a black spot on the mattress cover. Drinking water isn’t provided in the room. You have to grab a carafe from the breakfast area instead. I understand the effort to reduce waste, but providing water in reusable glass bottles in the room would be a more convenient option.

Highly recommended.
