Location into the centre of Le Mans was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was a bit small and could have done with a bit of updating. The room was simple and did the job for 1 nights stay

Good location. Good breakfast.
This property is quite tired and the bathroom was small but it was ok for the price and an overnight stay.
Reception wasn’t well manned, when we arrived I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone answered the bell even though I had kept in contact by email about arrival times. The phone number did not work.

The receptionist gave excellent advice on the local area and restaurants.
Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. As one would expect at a B&B hotel.
The breakfast was a disaster. Virtually everything was out by 7:30 and normal service only resumed at 8:00 when an extra staff member turned up. I never got my cooked breakfast.

Central location, close to the old town and accessible. Appears to have parking. Basic budget hotel as we needed. Very good value for the price.
As expected, rooms were basic but very functional.

Good location. Easy parking. Staff very helpful/accommodating. Good value basic breakfast.
Bit dated and could do with renovating- especially bathrooms. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. There is a shower curtain in the bathrooms which doesn’t seem too hygienic. Got assigned wrong room accidentally and entered into an already occupied room (thankfully no ppl in there but their belongings were out- suitcase, etc). Staff were very apologetic and so would suggest keeping a “Do Not Disturb” sign on door so ppl know the room is occupied and prevent accidental entries.

We were so tired and it was so late we were just happy to get to bed.
I wasn't expecting to pay tourist tax as I thought that was included in the booking. Although it was only a few euros it took longer to check in (which wasn't welcome at 2am after hours of driving.

Location. Friendly reception staff on arrival. Don't forget to pickup the car park pass from reception before parking at the nearby public park.
Breakfast was quite good.
One thin pillow each, they felt like your school kit bag filled with rolled up socks.
No extra pillows available although asked for.
BRING your own!
Some inconsiderate group started an argument at 04.00 am. Then slamming doors.
A tough night when you are travelling far the next day. :-(

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was used as a stop on our journey to Spain, it was good value for money.
No family room as we were a family of 3 and therefore needed to get 2 rooms but the staff gave us rooms right next to each other.

Excellent value for money. Great location. Less than 15 min walk from train. Centrally situated for cathedral. Old Roman walls. River and museums. Supermarket a few minutes away
Warm welcome by staff. Room standard BB hotel. A wee bit tired but the usual clean comfortable bed and linens. Quiet at night. Window opens for good ventilation. Wifi fast
Would definitely book again.
Interior sound isolation poor. But courteous guests. No real problem.

We liked the warm welcome and found the facilities and security really good, including the parking - it's a lot better than the St Malo one. The room was clean and big enough for one night.
Entry to the parking was a bit of a challenge, but this might be user error in all fairness!

Pleasant staff who went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was also very nice and well cooked hot food (bacon & scrambled egg) available.
The entrance of the hotel needs to be spruced up a little to make it more appealing to customers - first impressions are very important! Our bedroom was on the small side and hardly any floor space at my side of the bed. The bathroom was also small and could do with a little refurbishment (shower in particular).
