It's a nice hotel, staff were good, location is nice too.
I'm fed up with the hidden charges I seem to experience when booking through booking.com. parking was an extra 25 euros per day. They charged my card £670 on arrival which seemed excessive. Breakfast was average. Basically 35 euros a person for toast. Room had a view of the car park, and exterior on this side not to a 5* level. Pool area not attended by staff, stairs to pool unsafe and towels everywhere. Really poor value for money. Had a better experience at the Red Fox in town previously and that was no frills. Overall disappointed by what should have been a nice hotel.

Everything! ALL the staff were excellent, friendly yet professional, courteous and welcoming. At check in we were greeted and shown to our room and our case was delivered within a couple of minutes. While we were checking in our car was parked for us very efficiently and without any fuss.
Dinner was superb. The quality of the food, drinks and above all the service was excellent. We were pleased to have chosen this hotel for a special celebration.
Check out was very smooth and our car was brought round without delay. If you are looking for a hotel in Le Touquet which values its guests and demonstrates above expected efficiency and courtesy, this is the place to stay.

From the moment we pulled up in the car, the serviçe was excellent. The receptionist checking in which language she should communicate; a little birthday treat left in our room. Exceptional dinner - best Caesar salad have ever had; gorgeous toiletries, dreamy bed, and a shower that it was hard to leave… Fluffy bathrobes and slippers. It was truly a memorable stay!

I brought birthday flowers and staff immediately brought me a vase and scissors. Liked the daytime snacks available from the bar. Hotel location perfect for walking everywhere in the town.

Proximity is superbe (close to restaurants, shopping, and beach); efficient housekeeping and concierge service; excellent breakfast (lots of varitey and super friendly staff). Enjoyed the historical setting.
The hotel infrastructure needs to be renovated. We had a prestige room, which in fact was a very ordinary size. Agree with previous comments regarding the complicated air conditioning system which does not provide relief when hot. The pool is way too small for a hotel of this size.
