the Friendliness of the Staff , being greeted by a Smiling Young Woman that made my stay accommodating to my needs & charming Owners .
the Breakfast buffet was substantial for my needs , filled w Fresh Baked treats & Breads , fruits & sweet bread cakes , meats & dairy proteins foods that were enclosed in glass refrigerated cupboard , Coffee was Fresh Ground Brew & Quite good , orange juice too ( No Tang there ) available to customers ; a fridge , Micro & pluses !
the Sauna & Spa … were absolute joy after a long week end family holiday .
a small gym is available for those younger fits & bikes too (?) !
the parking was very comfortable drive In & well lighted .
only a block or So from the beach boardwalk !
totally quiet & Fresh Air from a nice balcony !
a few minutes walk from Arago Market a Plus !
maybe the stairs ( to the first floor still ) to my room due to my age discomforts .

Quiet location and secure car parking. Friendly staff. Rooms small but adequate.
Bathroom was a bit dated and small. Shelf over the sink makes it a challenge to wash face!

Lovely spacious room with balcony, in a quiet street. Great location and a truly peaceful hotel if you're luckier than me with the neighbouring guests..
Noisy guests next door but not the hotel's fault. Beautiful room, lovely service, excellent breakfast

Property is in the quieter part of town, short walk to centre. Swimming pool was nice and included with room price. Private secure parking at an extra cost. Hotel staff friendly.
Sauna & jacuzzi costs are extra even for hotel guests. You have to pay extra for car parking too, I think this should be free for hotel guests.

Very comfortable bed and great location. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Good parking outside. Nice to have a balcony. Clean.
Not able to use pool, no access to the jacuzzi which came at an extra cost. Pool closed early evening and we had to leave after breakfast, so not able to enjoy the facilities. If you use the pool, you have to walk around the hotel on the pavement in your swimming gear. Not much choice for breakfast.

Nice big room and bathroom.
Restaurant was good.
Noise from Pilling work right outside our room asked to move to back of hotel for quiet but move was refused.
I know outside work is not the fault of the hotel but they could of prewarned potential customers of this so they had a choice.
No Aircon in room, so either be hot or put up with Noise from windows being open.

Only a couple of minutes walk to the sea, shops and restaurants. Dining room was bright and cheerful for breakfast, staff were lovely and friendly. My husband was ill while we were there, and the staff were very helpful. Clean comfortable room, but quite small.
The stairs and landings were very dark, and the automated light in our corridor needed to be waved at so we could see to unlock the door. Maybe there could be more choice for breakfast?

Room was separate from main hotel, if you wanted to use the pool you had to walk out onto the street to enter hotel same for breakfast it did not state the room was separate when booked, outdated decor, main reception was closed by 21.30 surprised for such a large hotel, don't feel it was good value for the price

Hotel staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and loads of parking available on street. Close to the beach.
Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but as it was a busy time in town the hotel was perfect.
