It was within walking distance of restaurants.
The staff in Reception were really nice and spoke English if you wanted.
It was difficult to have a shower without splashing water outside of the bath. The mattress cover was hot and uncomfortable, probably plastic/waterproof. The hotel sent welcoming messages and wanted to know more details about us so that they could understand our needs but never responded when I asked for a recommendation of good fish restaurants.

The room was very spacious and clean. Room made up to a high standard everyday with clean towels. Having the fridge was very useful. The staff were exceptionally helpful speaking good English. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety and good value for money.
Nothing really. A kettle and/or hospitality tray would have been an added bonus.

it’s a little out of town and you have to get a €1.10 ferry that finishes at 10pm or face a 40 minute walk. The fire alarm also went off at 4am - false alarm- but unwelcome

Went here for Ironman 70.3 Sables. Close to the bike rack T1/T2 and restaurants.
Hotel allowed us to leave bikes in room and put on an early morning breakfast for us.
Good parking on site right next to hotel.
A bit of a walk to the Swim start for Ironman 70.3 and town centre (25mins) for anyone staying there for Ironman events.
Personally, thought the hotel had hard beds, but that is just personal preference.
Not anything to do with the hotel, but Sables have water taxis and the one that was directly outside of the hotel was only starting a week after we left. Given it's a bit of a walk (25mins) to the town centre and with tired legs post Ironman 70.3 race, it would have been good for that to be up and running like the ones further along.
