It was good value, convenient for the station/metro and easy to access the centre of Lille.
On-site parking was a bonus and the hotel was clean and functional.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small and the decoration and bathroom were dated.

The hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The room had a lovely shower and it was great to have a fan in the room, given the heat. I really liked the fact that you could make your own freshly made orange juice at breakfast.
I would have liked the hot buffet to be restocked more.

Very good value for money, room was large and clean, staff were helpful and friendly, spacious car park with no height restrictions
For a one night stopover it was quite a long walk to the city centre for food etc. and you have to cross the main railway line which makes it a bit longer still.

Honestly, do not stay here. I’ve been to farms that have better smells. Upon entering the bedroom, we were greeted with the most vulgar smell we have ever smelt, I can only describe it as rotten egg. This was coming from the bathroom vent. We asked to change rooms and the staff let us do this. The second had the exact same smell coming through the bathroom vent. Stains on the carpet, bed, mould on the walls and filthy bathroom taps. We boiled the water before we even thought about drinking it. Very, very noisy area in a bad neighbourhood. The only positives I can mention about this stay was the free secure (gated) car park and the lovely member of staff at reception.

The staff were exceptional; my phone had died which caused me immense difficulties and they really helped me make contact with my family. (Thank you so much to Jean-Charles, Severina and Cyrille!!)
It's a great hotel; very well run, lovely reception area and the rooms have everything you need.
Very convenient for Gare Lille Europe and Gare Lille Flandres.
The actual location is not "pretty", as very near the big roads, but it is near a lovely park, with sheep and horses.

Well situated near to Métro. Free secure parking
Had to ask Réception why there was little food and no cutlery available at breakfast time. The sélection when it arrived was poor for the price we paid. The carpet on the second floor corridor needs either a good clean or replacing

Staff were very welcoming and visible. Very refreshing. Water and cups were placed by the bar and available to enjoy any time of the day. Beds very comfortable. Rooms basic but clean.
Not enough coffee sachets in the room. And tea variety in room didn't include English breakfast. Only 2 milk small sachets. To enjoy a tea/ coffee early morning or returning evening more needs to be provided.

It was ok for what we needed.
Accessible from the motorway and off street parking was good.
It was too far out of the city for us and we don’t think we would have felt safe walking back at night and therefore used Ubers.
We felt that the hotel itself was a little tired, although the communal areas seem to have been recently decorated.

Great helpful staff, brilliant location near to the train station and Eurostar station so super easy to go on a day trip to Belgium plus a massive shopping centre nearby with a supermarket in. Fantastic Italian restaurant Squadra Club just a 5 minute walk away.
Bed was very firm, breakfast was pricy so we would buy breakfast out most days.

Room clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great use of small space. Wonderful to have free parking at the back and gates locked at night, Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and extra pillows provided which is not always the case. Loved bedside lights with extra reading swivwl.
Room just a bit too small as we both have mobility issues and not enough room to pass each other so needed traffic lights! However a minor issue and everything else great.
