Location of the hotel is fantastic and very convenient with just a short walk to the main square/shops. The hotel is in a beautiful old building in keeping with the area, which we liked.
We had one standard twin room and one junior suite. Both rooms were spacious with comfy beds, plenty of storage, lovely bathroom and gorgeous views. We liked that the hotel was so clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. It can get busy at the buffet breakfast but dishes were replenished frequently. All in all a lovely hotel that we would not hesitate to stay at again and would recommend to others.

My friends perscription tablets have been thrown away, we haven't received an update regarding the matter, the door was left open after the cleaner and we had no warm water on our last day of stay, the staff just told us that if we didn't like it then we should switch the hotels, but of course it was our last night there anyways.

It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Vieux Lille and is a short walk to the two main railway stations. This was my fourth visit to the hotel, so can recommend it as a very good place to stay in Lille.

Our first room was sub standard. The AC was not working, TV not working and we looked on to the light well which had noisy ac equipment. Second room much better. Avoid the inner rooms which look on to the light well, poor layout, small bathrooms. These room look nothing like the pics on the website. Breakfast pricy some great options from local independents.

The location was perfect.
My experience was disappointing due to several issues with my room.
Upon entering, I found a half-eaten sandwich and an open carton of milk left in the fridge by the previous guests, which I found extremely unhygienic. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar and did not meet the hygiene standards one would expect.
Furthermore, the electrical sockets were poorly fitted, causing my charger to frequently disconnect. Another major concern was the discrepancy between the online photos and reality—the room and bathroom were much smaller, outdated, and clearly not well maintained.
I was also dismayed to find that in the bathroom, the small magnifying mirror was hanging downward and appeared to be broken. This is particularly disappointing given the price charged for the room.
I expected a much higher standard based on the hotel’s presentation. I would appreciate a response regarding what measures will be taken to improve the quality and hygiene of the accommodations.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very central and everything is easily accessible. Also very quiet in the evenings, although plenty of bars and restaurants right next door. Room was fine - beds very comfortable, although pillows not great. Very clean throughout the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly - and responded very quickly to questions before we arrived. We were able to leave our luggage for 6 hours after check out. Overall the decor is a little tired and could do with updating, but I would definitely stay her again. About 10 minutes walk from Eurostar and 5 minutes from other stations.
Pillows on the beds not very comfortable. Rooms quite hot - air con could not be turned below 19 degrees which affected our sleep as it was too warm.

The room was small and it was supposed to have a desk. I had to ask to have a desk brought to my room. There wasn't room, but it squeezed in. The bed hurt my back and the heating was on all the time.
