The lighting in the room is terrible. We stayed one night before catching a train. The facilities in the room consisted of 2 tea bags - one Mint and one English Breakfast. There was a coffee machine with four pods but no instructions. No milk was provided. The reception area was loud and quite intimidating with a raucous game of table football being played. Very disappointed would not book again.

Excellent location, right next to the Lille Europe train station. Check-in was very easy and quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was much larger than we expected, and also contained a sofa, large table, microwave and fridge. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city and to the Zenith arena. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was extremely quiet. I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting Lille.

Charged the full amount before we arrived but were told it was a 'deposit' we would get back. We were then asked to pay the full amount again as payment before we'd even seen the room. Later, when we realised we'd been charged double essentially, we complained and were basically told to suck it up, we would get the money back at the beginning of the next week. We'd been back home in the UK for 3 days before the money was back in the account. I tried to message the hotel and have received nothing but automated emails asking me to sign up to further hotel related promotions. Nothing in terms of someone taking ownership or explaining why we revived such a poor service. We feel lied to. The money which they held back was to be used whilst on holiday. A holiday in which I had planned as a marriage proposal. The weekend was ruined due to the funds we should have been able to utilise, being held back by the hotel, even though we had paid the full amount before even seeing the room.

Despite having booked a suite with two separate beds, the sofa hadn’t been made up as a bed and I had to request that this be done, the staff then did this quickly. Cleaning staff came into our room without knocking in the morning. Soap container in the toilet was empty and wasn’t refilled during our stay so we had to use soap from bathroom. These were all just small problems though.

Liked the fact that is very close to the city centre and you can reach the Old town in 10 mins walking. Also that was very clean. For the rest is quite basic and the staff was not very friendly in general
We booked a 3 beds room, at least that is how it was advised in Booking but one of them was a sofa bed and not very comfortable.
Keep also in mind that if you come by car there is not a parking in the hotel, they give you a QR code to leave your car in a public one close to the hotel. We had issues with that QR code (that were not our fault) and after asking many times, the stuff helped us. Not super friendly to be honest when it was their fault/parking fault and we lost a whole hour on that
Overall I don't think I would repeat the experience, sorry

The location for both train stations was excellent. The room was big and clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stopover whilst traveling via Eurostar and within France.

Carrot cake at breakfast
Asked for high floor and got given 2nd floor room near reception. Carpet was dirty and needed a good clean.
Toilet smell. No complimentary water in room. Fabric Chairs and sofa in room were dirty. Breakfast was poor quality with what looked like powdered scrambled eggs. Cold buffet lacked variety and bread was hard -

LOVED the size of the room and how it was laid out. My family of 3 was quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location right across the street from Gare l’Europe was perfect! Thank you!

The location is great, super close from two major train station and old town part of Lillie, thus close from Christmas market. Room was very comfortable and had everything needed.
One elevator was out of order during the entire stay. 2nd one was functional but that also needed maintenance, so for sometime both of them were unavailable and we took stairs at the end of the day as our room was at 9th floor, but elevator issue was taken care of soon.

First room we were put in smelled heavily of smoke. We were moved to a new room which was much better, but then the entire floor flooded due to a burst pipe in the building so we had to evacuate our room. The staff were disorganized and did not communicate properly. We were up until almost 3am with our 7 year old child trying to get accommodation for a new room in a different hotel. We were only staying one night and had to leave early the next morning for a train. Staff finally arranged room at a different hotel so we could have a place to sleep for a few hours. The least the hotel could have done was refunded the payment for the room since we did not even get to stay in it more than a few hours, but after complaining they only agreed to reimburse half. In my opinion that is bad customer service for such an awful experience.

Very clean and comfortable room
Air conditioning not efficient and had too open windows to cool room. Road noise affected sleep.
