Even though it is located in the city centre I don't feel it was safe to be outside after dark, a lot of youngs were circling around on motors.

1) The room was always open. The cleaner never locked it. We complained to the receptionist but nothing changed.
2) Once the cleaner forgot a diiiisgusting cloth near the sink. I can't imagine how she cleaned everything with thiiis.
3) the bed was very hard.
4) the receptionist lied about the AC in the chat. It isn't AC but a noisy ventilator. It doesn't refresh the room.

The location is perfect, within 5-10 minutes walk to the port, yet the windows filtered out most of the noise, so the room was quiet. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was lovely and had my room ready on arrival at 11:30 a.m. and allowed me to store my luggage on the day of departure. Great value for the money.
Some of the decor is a bit dated / dark, but not a big problem.

Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00. And even if they couldn’t check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it’s being cleaned! That’s 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was also decent for walking around the port area. Bed was comfortable, but two single beds vs one bigger one.
The room was incredibly hot, there was only one small vent and when the thermostat was maxed, the air still was not cold at all. The floor was sticky. No shampoo or hand soap. Blow dryer did not work. Decor was old. I was expecting more for the price relative to other hotels in the city.

There is a huge difference between the claimed 3 starrs of this hotel and the 4 star Raddison Blu down the road. You get what you pay for but this fell below my expectations due to condition of the room, bathroom wood filler crumbling onto the floor, hot water taking 5+ minutes to come through, grouting falling out, silicon sealer put on is masses and poor condition in general.
