Everything was great, comfortable bed, balcony, spacious bathroom with bathtub, good breakfast. Nice location, near to "everywhere".
Parking a bit pricey even in "out of season" but probably in this area it is normal - on the other hand it was very comfortable to park directly in hotel underground premisses

I liked the location of the hotel, in the quiet area in the center of Menton.
I also appreciated the kindness of the staff at the reception as well as in the dining room.
The breakfast was excellent and the dinner quite good too (we didn't choose half board and had dinner ร la carte a few times during our stay).
The parking is a bit narrow.

The room was cozy, had everything I needed, a balcony and a bathtub. The bathtub was my special preference, which the hotel staff kindly honored when pre-planning my check-in. When I got cold in my room, the staff member at the front desk kindly brought me a second blanket. Everyone was very helpful. And the views and the sea itself! Just fabulous! And a very tasty breakfast
The battery in the bathroom was apparently coming loose from contact with the outlet and I had to fiddle with it to get it to work and the room to be warm. I would replace the radiator. In the bathroom, there was black mold on the windows in some places, which can be washed off with chlorine. It didn't bother me, but it was aesthetically not very pleasant

The hotel offers quality and confortable room at good price. The staff are always welcoming and helpful like at the reception and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer from cold to hot food as well as fresh orange juice and very nice coffee.
Nothing all was fine. There was some building works but only after 9 am so not too much of a problem and the staff were very apologetic about it.

There is a lovely bar on the top floor. Butโฆ it closes on the dot of 11pm despite the fact there are still customers who would like to stay longerโฆ I actually saw one gentleman refused a drink at 11pm because the bar server wanted to go homeโฆa coach full of guests arrived late one evening and were refused a drink. Not good customer service.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is great. Breakfast is amazing, lots of options, even gluten-free. The rooftop is also a super nice place to hang out.
What disappointed me is that this time I had a bedroom on the ground floor, and it was way less comfortable and tidy than the one I had last time on the first floor. So I would say that rooms are not all on the same standards.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.
They were remodeling the 6th floor. We were on the 5th floor. Rotohammering during the late afternoon, you couldn't even be in your room. The 5th floor shouldn't have been occupied. They had a water shutdown but only put a note by the elevator. We didn't use the elevator so it was a rather rude shock when I went to take a shower after a long warm walk.

Room was nice, dinner and breakfast also, although waiter brought wrong bear ( charged for the one was brought but ordered was another one and the prices are not low there) octopus was brought cold and a bit tough, lamb was great, portions for the dinner are not big at all.Breakfast quite rich and have a good selection.
Be aware of scammers when booking this hotel, before arriving to it few days before got messages from scammers ( 2 different contacts asking to confirm booking, by pressing on a link, saying what if not, booking will be canceled and just third message was from the hotel.

Reception open 24/7. Clean rooms (especially the bathroom), a good variety of sweet and savory breakfast options, and a great location.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, offers breakfast and has a rooftop bar. The room was comfortable, with a pretty view.
There was a leak from the shower into the corner of the bedroom. Overall, the hotel seems well-maintained.

Clean, modern, very polite staff. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and healthy foods. Very easy to walk everywhere in the center city from the hotel.
