The staff was friendly and the location great. Our room had a direct seaside (south) balcony plus also windows to the east for a nice view of the sunrise.
Unfortunately there was a lot of dust gathered especially on the higher surfaces and the air condition vents. We're talking thick crusts of dust that haven't been cleaned in months. We also had issues with ants. Unfortunately there was no fridge or any safe place to keep some (minor amounts of) food without immediately attracting them.

The hotel was clean and the bed quite comfortable allthough a bit hard. The breakfast was lovely with a large choice, I had fruit salad each morning, with small croissants and local orange or lemon jam.
The bathroom was very comfortable and the shower had a powerful jet and water always hot.
People could sit outside under the palmtrees for breakfast while looking at the beach just below the hotel.
One could swim at the beach and be back in the hotel to take a shower.
About the room, I had booked a room with a balcony on Booking.com and was given one with no balcony and just a view of the city. My main reason for a room with a balcony was to relax and read and relax in peace. I certainly paid the price at €122 per night with breakfast for a room with balcony.

The bed mattress was leaning upwards and was curled in the middle - the curtain from the window did not cover the full window and let in light in the morning.

The breakfast which we mostly skipped…..very second rate. Fresh fruit old and uninteresting when shops full of beautiful fresh fruit. Staff didn’t seem to care and not helpful. We got our food on a tray which we were supposed to put in a trolley when finished! More like a boarding school or old peoples home…..very easy to fix. It definitely needs updating. Plus they never seemed to keep front garden clean and swept. Again easy to fix,

First of all, even that has nothing to do with the hotel, the beach was in terrible condition, i never saw something worst that that: no sand, full of big rocks and very deep on a short distance from the shore.
About the hotel, my room wasn t clean, there was sand and hair on the carpet when we arrived, also dust almost everywhere. Same thing on outside corridors.
Also there is a big problem with parking spots, we parked inside to a private parking on 5 min away from hotel (15euro/day).

The room where dinner was served was lacking any kind of atmosphere, kinda like a cafeteria for large elderly tour groups, but the food was good. Not much of a bar either with no ambiance to hang out. It’s fine for breakfast, but, I would definitely prefer to go off premise for the other meals.
The location was exquisite. I awoke to a view of the Mediterranean right out my window a half a block away. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. The amenities were excellent. It was quiet and clean (so clean) with lovely nice touches.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was nicely decorated and well air-conditioned. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We enjoyed the balcony. The hotel is so close to the beach and to the shopping area. It was perfect for us.
The breakfast staff was overwhelmed and surly. The food was not tasty. The coffee machine was broken from time to time, and there were no clean knives. The second morning we didn’t even bother to go to breakfast. We did have a lot of condensation drip down from the air conditioner in the ceiling and make the corner of the room wet, but the maintenance man came quickly and fixed it. He was very friendly and accommodating.

We chose the most expensive room ex luridly on the water but it was a very bad choice
We were on the road and extremely loud and noisy
Staff were clueless and there was only one guy we had to wait for him 20 min to open for us the door after 10 pm
The whole hotel was empty of staff

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were amazing and you couldn't find a cuter, better located hotel right on the beach. We absolutely loved it! Highly recommend.
