The staff were very kind. The room was comfy and there was enough space for weekend trip. Everything was as expected and seen on pictures. The bar at the lobby was open till 12, or 1am, so we could take a drink or two and late dinner. The location is great, less then 10 minutes to the trail station, so you could use this hotel for sleeping and spending the day in another city as Colmar, Strasbourg, etc.

The room size is good, the bed is very comfortable. The hallway and the outside garden are really nice. Friendly staff. Perfect location, at the edge of the hyper center of Mulhouse, you can leave your car at the hotel (in a private garage), everything is reachable in a walking distance.
AC in the room is working but the room will not be cooled down bellow 23 degrees (in summer with 30 degrees outside). The price of the drinks is quite expensive in the garden (exception for happy hours from 17:00 to 19:00).

Amazing renovated hotel - ART DECOR or - if you wish - JUGENDSTIL. Obviously built in year 1910 - in those days L'Alsace was part of Germany - and renovated 100 years later.
In the Hotel Lobby you can enjoy beautiful decor and beautiful collectibles, very tasteful.
The people at the Reception were professional and helpful.
Breakfast was a buffett which had its price, any waiter wasn't visible....
Hotel's Underground parking 100m away, secured.
Location just in the Center.
Unfortunately the Restaurant was closed, which is more or less "normal" in France in our days. And a pity for such a beautiful FourStar hotel.

The proximity to the train station was most important to us. At the same time it was very easy to get into the city center. The room was small but nice. The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before the official check-in as we were early.
The smell in the restaurant was not very pleasant and the washrooms downstairs were dirty.

Playing the piano late in the evening at 10 pm in the lobby - the music was too loud and clearly audible in the rooms upstairs.

The stay in the hotel was really cool. Visiting an old hotel was an very wonderful experience. We seemed to be in an old hollywoodmovie... The rooms had been very compfortable. We booked two rooms and one of it was small, the other huge. So different sizes of the rooms. But it was super anyway.
We arrived later at 20 p.m. and went into the bar to take some drinks and ordered food. Delicious! I swear, i never expected such good food in this bar. Really nice and kind staff.
At this evening there was live music which was a great thing to relax while eating and drinking.
The breakfast was good as well. There had been many things to take and a broad bandwith of food was available. Worth every cent.
The hotel itself is very central direct to a park. We reached it by car and we needed a parking slot. The hotel has parking slots available, BUT the parking area is around the corner. You have to walk 1-2 minutes. So parking in front, checking in, bring the luggage into the room and THEN park the car.
I will sum it up: A special stay!
Additional: Please be aware to take a shower at closed bathroom doors. There was a sign, but it was too small and i didn't read it. In the morning at 6 a.m. i caused a firealarm for the whole hotel because the smoke sensors are very sensitive. Even for water dunst... Be careful it was an embarrassing situation for me leaving the shower and going to the front door only with a towel to talk to the manager which knocked many times on my door...

Quaint, fire place burning in the lobby, creates great atmosphere. The receptionist was excellent and very friendly and helpful. We could even keep our car parked in restricted area right in front of the hotel for a night. Charlieโs Bar is great, good drinks and menu.

This property is in an excellent location for exploring downtown Mulhouse. The Christmas Market was a five minute walk away along with great shopping. The staff couldnโt do enough for us and were always pleasant and helpful.

Location, very near the train station 6 mins walk and 2 mins walk to old town. Reception are is very nice and breakfast area; my room has very good size bedroom area and decent size bathroom.
Room categories donโt come with breakfast so I booked breakfast separately. But breakfast offerings were meager for 25 euros. I wish I checked the display first before sitting down. I could have spent that amount near the old townโs nice little cafes/taverna/restaurant and would have had a satisfying breakfast.

Great location, easy walk to both train station and middle of city. Comfortable room/bed. Decent breakfast buffet. Cool lobby bar.
Bed wasn't made when I checked in, one sheet on it, comforter and pillows piled on chair/desk. Floor also wasn't swept. Some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished while I was there at 8:00 am (served until 10:00). Parking garage a block away wasn't as inexpensive as I'd expected, over 60 euros for about 36 hours. Front desk staff efficient but not particularly friendly. While hotel was nice I wouldn't call it a four-star one.
