Fairly 'straightforward' hotel, but at their price good value. The location right next to the center and opposite the tourist info could not be better
Don't get deceived by the rather basic entry and worn staircase; the rest of the hotel is ok

We had a halt at the hotel from our road trip. The staff was really nice, free parking, good location, big room. Definitely value for money
The pillows were small and thin, we were there for one night, didn't ask for an extra pillow, maybe would have provided. The main issue was that because of the main road , there were a lot of people on the road and few of them were shouting, I know that it was not the Hotel's fault. But the insulation wasn't great. There wasn't a provision to get a fan with extra pay also, so we had to keep the window open as it was a warm day, and could not sleep properly. The bed cover seems very old, and wasn't dirty though. Few changes to the place will really cheer the place up.

its a low cost hotel with a car park, not much else to like.
In the end we paid on arrival, but decided to stay elsewhere at the last minute as we didn't feel comfortable. We already had a poor impression from the area, which seemed downtrodden and unwelcoming. The hotel was worse - the threadbare, dirty carpet from reception was a very poor first impression. The reception area needs painted, and the bathroom off the bedroom needs attention too.

The accommodation was very much in line with expectations. We only needed to stay one night as we were travelling towards home again. Parking was good. Bit difficult to find but I suppose that is why the hotel reached out to us to know when we were arriving and be prepared. Price-quality is good.
Air condition would have made it more comfortable, but then again most air conditioned hotel rooms are too hot anyway.

The hotel is located in the city center with easy access to the hostorical and central areas. It is mainly a place where people stop by for a quick sleep and refreshment on the way to theri final desitination. It provides free parking. Staff does not speak English but it's anyway easy to communicate with a bit of gestures :)
It's a very basic hotel, just for spleeping and not much more. The area does not inspire safety. Maintenance of the propery is very poor.

The place is fine if you want a cheap stay. Do not look for anything else other than that. The rooms are wide and clean though, and the guy in the reception a very kind and lovely man. A very good point is the free parking inside, at the very heart of the old town. If only this! A very important added value.
Beds are not comfortable, mattress is hard. Cannot discuss the breakfast as I skipped it.

The hotel has a very good location, just a few minute from the city center.
There are no contents in the room at all. No shampoo, no body gel, no hair dryer... I asked the reception for a hairdryer, the concierge, who speaks only french, told me that they don't have it. This is hotel just to overnight, when you are just passing through and need to rest a few hours in Mulhouse.

Good value for money. The best part is the location - 15 minutes by feet form the train/bus station, 5 minutes from the Christmas market, right in the centre. Decent hotel with no luxuries.

The bearded gentleman at the reception (I think he was the hotel owner) was extremely attentive, kind and helpful. He gave us good information about the city.
