Really good hotel. Very close to the train station, easy to find, and within walking distance to anywhere in the city center. Staffs were very nice and helpful, especially when I was waiting for a train. The room is spacious and clean. Bed was good. Nice lighting and desk, with a kettle and cups. Wifi was fine as well. The interior decor was beautiful. The breakfast venue had a good atmosphere, and breakfast is worth the price. Overall, I liked the room, service, and location. I recommend this place.
Very unfortunately, the fire alarm rung for a long time, rally loudly, on the day I departed. I heard this was due to a toaster in the breakfast venue afterwards. The elevator stopped even after the alarm, so I needed to go down a very steep stairs with my suitcase. The stairs were very narrow and It was tough. Other than that, only small things; shower pressure was low, and breakfast selection is limited; though it is worth the price.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they handled the issue with the non-working heating quickly and easily.
The hotel also compensated us for the inconvenience.
The first room we got had non-working heating, and it was quite small. We had to contact the staff to change our room to one with working heating, and it turned out to be bigger than the previous one.
The annoying part was the bathroom door — it was a sliding door that didn’t close or seal properly. So if you’re staying with someone, it might be very inconvenient.
The breakfast didn’t have many options; I’d say it wasn’t worth the price.

Very convenient location just outside the train station, therefore easy to catch the airport shuttle or train, also close to city centre and tram stations. Staff are all nice and helpful. The hotel seems very new and stylish with artistic decorations everywhere. There is a small supermarket and some fast food restaurants nearby.
The room is not very spacious especially if you have large luggage, also there is a deposit to use their bar even if you don’t plan to, but will be refunded on the same day after you check out.

The location is excellent, with a train station just across the street, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.
A small downside is that there are tram tracks in front of the hotel, so Uber and taxis usually have to stop at the next corner. It was a little inconvenient for us when arriving with luggage in the rain.

The hotel is between the Château des Ducs and the Botanic Gardens both of which are major arractions. Nantes is a great place to visit. Free weekend public transport and bike hire 2€ per day. Cycle and pedestrian streets are everywhere. Would go back to Nantes and would choose this hotel again. We had a view of the Cathedral!
Lift was out but we love mountain climbing so it was training walking up to 7th floor
