Easy to get too . Rooms lovely and clean and all staff lovely and attentive
When booking on booking.com I booked two separate apartments and one was for my elderly father then it realised that both apartments in separate locations so managed to get booking.com to contact hotel and thankfully changed back to two hotel rooms as need my father near me . But I was still charged the full price of two apartments and the hotelβs rooms where cheaper and hotel didnβt refund or offer to help . Disappointing

We had an apartment and it was in the centre of town, the location could not of been any better! Our apartment had all the normal amenities kitchenette etc but we never used it. We were given the option to have breakfast delivered to our apartment daily but we opted to walk back to the hotel site which was only a 5 min walk each morning.
Breakfast was fantastic, they would cook you bacon & eggs (any style) fresh every morning.
The only negative was that there was no aircon in the room and we had to ask for an extra fan as it was very very hot. The hotel were able to supply us with an extra one.

The staff were amazing and so helpful the rooms were funky and well laid out . The hotel is perfectly situated on the right side of the river do making it easy to explore. You can explore easily on foot and the tram stop is across the road - would definitely recommend!
Could have done with a bit more hanging space but was fine for the 2 nights.

Large size apartment, good facilities except the coffee machine was worn out and making coffee was problematic. Staff atr checkin were excellent and very friendly
Not the fault of the apartment was the weather... very hot at nights, no AC like many EU hotels, but being on a main square, to open the windows and blinds/curtains meant no privacy and at night the lights of the square are very bright and light up the whole apartment. In cooler times, this will not be a problem, just seasonal.

Lovely staff. Good sized room. Quiet, great location.
We were there three days and our room was never serviced until really late in the day eg at 4pm we had to request it. Bathroom is very small and mirrors so high that you could not see into them if youβre not a tall person. Breakfast pretty average - eg milk not kept at room temperature, very tiny self service area that gets so congested with people you canβt get in there, poor coffee

Location very central, very convenient. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.
Room was relatively small, but to be expected in a city centre location. However there was a bit of unnecessary clutter taking up surfaces - a large plastic potted plant, a huge bedside lamp occupyiΜng most of the bedside table (why not a wall fitting?)

PROS. 1. Very comfortable and stylish studio apartment in a central location in a quiet building. 2. Lovely people in the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming. 3. Good breakfast buffet at the hotel 4. Good wifi. 5. Big comfortable bed. 6. Great shower, big enough for a party!
CONS. 1. My only complaint - and it is a very small one - is that the apartment was over furnished. It was really just one big room with a kitchenette and an adjoining bathroom. Although the themed decor ('Zanzibar') was nice there were too many light stands and two big TVs (one on the wall, the other on a stand). Fewer things, more light and air, and the room would be lovely.

It was a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. That was fantastic. 6 of us stayed one night, as two people slept on the sofa bed. These were surprisingly comfortable. There was no air conditioning and we opened the windows for air which was noisier. All in all it was worth it.
It would have been nice to have Air conditioning. Parking was a bit far away but easy to find.

The location is excellent, very central yet on a quiet street. The property feels brand new and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming.
The room is extremely small, even for 2 people. Thankfully, you can store your suitcases under the bed - otherwise, moving around the room with 2 large suitcases would be quite difficult
