Very nice common facilities with lounges indoors and out, bar area, dining room, (kids play area, although we don’t have kids), swimming pool (not heated, hint to management- think Solar!) room was nice size, interesting with separate room for toilet. Staff spoke English and was friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
Far away from downtown, and taxi is about 20 Euros each way. Little parking downtown, so didn’t really leave the property. We did eat dinner on property and it was good.

Ideal property for one night stays for people driving long distances. It’s close to the highway, comfortable rooms, pet friendly, good parking and has a pool and a restaurant.
Pool towels ran out at least 5 hours before pool closed… convenient but not very scenic location.

10 minutes from Narbonne centre, easy car parking and warm welcome on arrival. Room very comfortable and clean. Dinner and breakfast were very good, plenty to eat. Pool looked inviting but didn’t have a chance to try it out. Very friendly staff organised a taxi for us to go into town for dinner the following night
Both hand soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. We did tell a member of the cleaning staff, but nothing was changed. Other than that, nothing negative about this hotel, would stay there again.

The size of the rooms
Quality of Service was the lowest. We stop frequently here. We usually find cookies and gummies for the kiddos, which they love and expect every time we stop. This time NOTHING which was pretty out of normal. We traveled with our dog and nothing for him either. No idea what had happened. We will see next time. If they keep being low we will change and choose a different stopping point. We booked 2 rooms they were not even close to each other.
