The hotel staff is very friendly and open to answer questions regarding sightseeing in Nice. We really enjoyed the hospitality and support. The coffee in the lobby after 2pm free to guests is a great idea and we used it a couple of times. The garden in the center of Nice is a real treat!

An excellent location, a small hotel near the Promenade and close to the pedestrian zone with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff is friendly and attentive. The Prestige room is spacious and well-equipped. Free coffee in nice lobby. Nice garden.

The breakfast is with limited selection and monotonous. The Prestige room on the ground floor has an issue with the shower faucet, making it impossible to adjust the water to a sufficiently warm temperature. The staff claimed it was due to cold pipes, but the real problem lies with the faucet, which is "stuck" on lukewarm water. The internet was unstable.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was OK. Room was a decent size, clean and tidy. Shower and washroom facilities were great. I would 100% stay here again.

Room was too warm. Could not turn Radiator off and the AC was non responsive. It wasn't a major problem and I'm sure the staff would of sorted the issue if I had reported it. There was also a lot of noise from adjacent rooms but the hotel couldn't be responsible for this.

I don’t usually post negative feedback, but after staying here, I feel it’s important to warn others. My girlfriend and I travel frequently and have stayed in various hotels, but this experience was like nothing we’ve ever encountered. While we didn’t expect a top-tier experience given the price, we certainly didn’t expect such poor conditions. The rooms were unhygienic, and the entire hotel, including the restaurant, had an awful smell. The photos on Booking made everything look clean and tidy, which turned out to be misleading. The odor in the restaurant was so overpowering that I couldn’t even have breakfast, and in our room, we had to keep the windows open constantly due to a nauseating smell—likely from cheap air fresheners or something similar. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff used filthy equipment that left the bathrooms smelling bad. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, and the receptionist assured us it was one of the "better" rooms. If that was considered a good room, I can’t imagine what the others are like. We’ve included pictures of our room, bathroom, and the restaurant kitchen entrance to show how bad things were. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly and helpful. But everything else—especially the cleanliness and odors—was deeply disappointing. We highly recommend you look elsewhere for your stay. This hotel was a major letdown, and we wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same frustration we did.

The location was easy access to the promenade and city centre. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially the greeting explaining the map of Nice. I felt safe in that area too. The breakfast had a good variety. I also liked the shower.

Although the room was generally lovely and we had a great sleep I did notice the walls at the skirting were a little unclean and the fridge tray needed a wee wash. The two beds had been pushed together to make a larger bed which technically wasn’t what we had paid extra for.

Patchy WiFi. Staff were unhelpful when informed of bad Internet and even blamed our phones. They did not keep us updated on what the technician had to say despite promising to get back to us. We were on the 4th floor, and had a balcony, so that was great. Location was very good, lots of restaurants, Cafes etc nearby. Only 5 mins walk to "Promenade des Anglais", "Negresco Hotel", and "Alsace Lorraine" train Station for short trips to "Old Town" and Airport. NICE main Station only 5-10 mins walk also. Breakfast was reasonable. No different or worse than any others. NB No Cornflakes ( Which I always like ). They did have fresh Orange Juice, which was good. Our room did have a 'funny odour' each time we entered, which annoyed my Grandson a little (403).

I wasn’t satisfied with the hotel. I booked three rooms: one had a view of what looked like a paper dump covered in bird droppings, and the other two faced a wall (our rooms were 102, 115 and 202). If you stay there, ask for anothe rooms. Proper toiletries were only provided in one room, and none of the rooms had slippers. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they immediately brought me an extra blanket when I felt cold. Breakfast was fine. Maybe my impression would’ve been better if at least one room had been decent, but as it is, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and bathroom were both spacious but out-dated. Excellent free breakfast and the staffs were very kind and helpful. The hotel has a small but beautiful garden which I loved about. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Old town, and 10 minutes's walk to the Nice-Ville main train station. The rooms was quiet and warm at night (you can adjust the temperature).

The room and furniture felt out-dated for a 4 star hotel. The floor was a bit dirty (hair) and the fridge door had a problem. Everything else was good.

Very very very small rooms not as advertised. Broken bathroom, dirty room, many things were broken and not cleaned properly. The room was not as pictured, so small I couldn’t even open 1 suitcase

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in this heat (we received bottled water on the way out). Clean rooms with air conditioning, top location right downtown. Parking on the opposite side of the street.

Lokasyon iyiydi yürüyerek birçok yere ulaşımı kolay. Bahçesi keyifli. Kapının önünde otopark için yer bulmak mümkün oluyor. Otoparka aracınızı koymanıza gerek yok.

Odalar çok küçük, banyoda hiçbir eşyayı koyacak yer yok. Odada kahve makinası yok. Personel ilk geldiğimizde kapıda hiç yardımcı olmadı tek başıma 2 büyük valizi merdivenlerden taşıdım. Bize otoparka araç koymamız gerektiği söylendi ancak yol kenarında da yer bulmak çok kolaydı yanlış bir yönlendirme olduğunu düşünüyorum.
