Of all things, the location was the best. Close to the train station. They clean room every day which was appreciated.
No human communication with the hotel. They send the same template answer to any question, which is very frustrating. I felt ignored as a customer. In addition to this, the dreadful humidity in the room. When we opened the door to the room we were hit by the smelly air. The dryer is there, but it doesn't work. You have to choose a good time to bathe because there is a high risk of hitting cold water. I know this is a cheap accommodation, but I feel that here were too many downsides even for this price.

Our room looked tired. Scraped paint in places. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work.

Great hotel in a great location and very clean. Guy on reception was excellent, even accommodated us when we wanted to change floors (our choice as friend doesnโt like high rooms). 2 mins to train station and 2 mins to main shopping road, Jean medicine
Bit tired in parts, mainly just around the doors, nothing major

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Location is relatively close to the promenade, about 15 mins walking. Many cafes and bakeries close by.
The room furniture is quite dated, which is not seen from the pictures. The walls are freshly pained but the wardrobe handles, towel hook and toilet flush were quite worn out. In general, there were a lot of smaller signs of wear everywhere so major maintenance is required.

Great location and staff. Internet went down and after multiple requests I was given a wifi power bank to be able to work by the manager and receptionist who was very helpful and understood that my need for internet was work related.
There is not A/C... I was burning hot in the room and trying to sleep and work while sweating was hard

Fairly central to Nice attractions.

The hotel is close to everything: 5 minutes away from the station of Nice-Ville and 10 from the Jean Mรฉdecin metro station. Also very close to Avenue Jean Mรฉdecin which leads to the Promenade des Anglais. The staff was really nice and the room very clean. The bathroom was also well-equipped. Overall it was a very nice stay and really good value for the service that was offered.
Water was leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom, but the receptionist handled it very quickly and let us move to another room without issues. I found the shampoo and the body soap that was given to us a bit too little.

It is amazing that the hotel is centrally located and a few steps from the restaurants, shops, laundromat and train station.
I think the paint on the small closet and a few things in the bathroom requires refurbishing or a bit of modernisation. All of those are still usable, though. The wifi signal is not that strong even the mobile data signal in my room is weak.

Very friendly staff, a comfortable bed, and a new toilet. The walls were old, but the rest of the furniture was okay. The hotel is near Nice Ville train station, McDonaldโs, some small markets, and a very nice bakery.
The only bad thing about the stay was the hotel phone ringing around 2:00 AM for no reason. When we asked the staff, they told us to turn off the phone.
Everything else was perfect.

Very close to the train station (to explore nearby cities) and to the tram stop (to explore within Nice itself).
AC functions well in the room both for cold or warm temperatures.
Bed is really nice and comfy.
They offer a place to store luggage after check out.
They offer a safe and mini fridge in the room.
Shower head was big and water pressure was nice!
Staff in the reception were always very friendly.
Some streets around the hotel are a bit dodgy, but itโs often the case with hotels near a central train station. Be alert when walking around the hotel.
On the photos the room seems a lot bigger, but in reality itโs a lot smaller and different than what it seems on the photos.
Toilet paper is located at the back of the toilet on the wall and itโs locked, so canโt be moved. It was a bit inconvenient to use.
No kettle, tea or coffee in the room.
Lobby is quite small so bear in mind in case planning to wait there after check out.

Bathroom was small, but we appreciate that is was clean and looked like it had been updated recently. There should be more wall hooks in the bathroom and bedroom. 1 is not enough if there are 2 persons staying in the room.
Lobby looks a bit run down and seating area could be spruced up to give a fresh and inviting look.
Location of hotel is excellent.
The toilet in the cafe was not well maintained.

Amazing location, right next to the station in a quiet street close by to the main commercial strip. The service was great, receptionist was very kind. Loved that the check out is until 12md and you can easily leave your luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, good hot water and mini fridge.
Only complaint is the walls are very thin, you can easily hear everything going on next door, so as long as you donโt have noisy neighbors youโll be all right

Good location, helpful staff. They moved us when we complained about the stinky room.
Our first room was very small and overlooked the street, so cigarette smoke from below filled the room. The hallways often reeked of smoke.
