Not sure the standard of four stars being rate in Nice but the room was very small, facilities are very basic. Worst of all there was a dead mosquito on the bathroom wall when I hang my clothes trying to take a shower. It put me off completely but was too tired to asking for a different room. The entrance of the hotel is always wet with lots of water during the 5 days we stayed. No sign no mopping just plenty of water at the entrance stairs.

Not clean. Floor was filthy - my socks were black after walking around for a few minutes. The walls were covered in marks, really needs some paint. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when I arrived. Rooms definitely aren’t cleaned thoroughly between check outs.

The backyard was lovely and the rooms were a good size in an accessible location very close to Nice-Ville and Jean Medecin stations.
We didn't realise that the breakfast weren't available during our stay, it would have been good to be warned beforehand.

The hotel was a 20 minute drive from the airport, so not too far! The hotel was very quiet and we booked here simply as we wanted a roof over our head to sleep as we done so much exploring, so for that reason it was great! The room was minimalistic and quite small, but was just right! It had a safe, mini fridge (empty, for you to use and add things to!) a few coat hangers, long mirror, coffee machine (pods) and TV!
The coat hangers were above the table with the coffee machine, so we couldn't hang things properly. Not a big drama, just a bit annoying! We also wish the signage outside the hotel was lit up, as it would look so cool!

Sink was in disrepair. Fridge was not plugged in, which caused an inconvenience in storing my food.
I like the room, but there were definite maintenance issues. Walls require a coat of paint, and the floor a good cleaning… (I have stayed in worse)

Ok so the room was spotless with a great selection of towels replaced daily, the room looked like it had been redecorated within the recent past , the air con was superb which was / is very important as anyone will tell you at the height of summer especially for a great nights sleep , which was complemented the beds mattress which was great , just the right level of support .... most pleasing ..leading too a most refreshing nights sleep Well done ! Good speedy Wi-Fi connection
Not a hotel for the disabled either because of the small lift to the upper floors or the hotel stepped entrance, something which did not directly effect me but being somewhat over weight it was rather clear that very overweight folk might have a problem in the bathroom with space around the toilet and indeed getting in and out of the shower which had a fixed side screen , the one and only rather small lift had its issues , it failed on a few occasions but was soon fixed , upon exiting the lift on the various floors it was clear that the communal areas are in need of redecoration / refurb
