This is our second visit to Nice, and this hotel is extremely stylish and exquisite. It is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Interestingly, all the surrounding roads are named after musicians. David at the hotel was incredibly warm and hospitable. He upgraded our room and arranged a super gorgeous suite for us. When we opened the door, we were overjoyed. There was a typical Parisian balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy sofa. The view was absolutely stunning. This hotel also features a very unique elevator with a history of over a hundred years. Every time we stepped out of it, it felt like we had traveled through time, just like a scene from a movie. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. The flavored black tea after the meal was exceptionally delicious. Thanks to Norean Diane and Charles for their thoughtful service. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern chic with historical charm. From the environment and facilities to the service, every detail reflects its high quality. If you're planning a trip to Nice, choosing this hotel will surely guarantee you an unforgettable and wonderful stay.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful old building updated inside just enough to preserve its character whilst creating clean and attractive decor and facilities. It’s in a good area about 10 mins to the beach or the old town. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Everything about the property was lovely. The only slight irritation was the rather overly laid back/ slightly rude attitude of the man on reception. I rang down to ask him to order us a taxi straight away but when we came down he hadn’t done it and when I asked why he said he was talking to someone / busy. This was at 7.30 am when there were literally only 2 people having breakfast at the far side of the room. 10 mins later he said the taxi had been cancelled because of a ‘blockage’. He didn’t seem interested in being helpful. When the taxi did arrive the driver said this didn’t make sense to him but warned us to always ask for a ‘proper’ taxi to be ordered. I’m not saying this is what happened but useful to know.

The room is very beautiful and clean. There is also a cute little terrace. The hotel is located on the corner of the quiet street, near the railway station, about 10-15 minutes away from the old city. The breakfast is delicious. There are not many choices, but in terms of price, it is still good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. David, Diane, Charles and Noreen are with them like friends. I respect their team and professionalism here. Thank you very much.

Excellent location. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast all you needed to set up for the day. We arrived quite late in evening and asked at Reception where we could eat at that time, and were directed to small brassiere just down the road. Food excellent there and very friendly as well.

If I had to find some items, it would be in the room. Limited amount of storage with just wardrobe, no bedside cabinet / drawer units. Bathroom also small, when two people using, quite tight. But that is being picky really.

Great selection at the breakfast buffet, close to everything you could want to see in the town (and the train station) and that retro lift of theirs was fabulous. It was like going back in time.

The TV didn't work and the hotel didn't seem to know how to fix it. Also, rather concerningly, the room door doesn't close fully meaning that if you didn't know you could quite easily leave your room open for anyone to enter.

The Hotel is location within a ten minute walk of the railway station. It is ideally located in a quiet mainly residential district. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly and brought a sense of real joy , especially Noreen who made every morning so cheerful along with Diame, David and Charles. A terrific team who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable ; thank you all. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food available which was plentiful and full of variety. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower hot and powerful.

There was nothing to dislike or comment in a negative way.

The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to the city centre, beach, train station and tram stops. Noreen at breakfast, her friendliness, sincerity, detailed information about the city and her service is incredibly successful. The hotel has potential, but a few key issues impacted my stay. The air conditioning wasn’t functional due to the low season, leaving the rooms stuffy—unfortunately, opening the windows wasn’t an option due to excessive street noise. The walls were also quite thin, making it easy to hear plumbing noises from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was decent if you arrived at 7 AM, but later in the morning, the food was only lukewarm. Additionally, I was surprised that no complimentary tea, coffee, or water was provided daily, which is a standard expectation at this level. Overall, it was an okay stay, but these factors made it less comfortable than expected

The staff at this hotel was probably the best I have ever experienced. Friendly and professional and made me feel so relaxed.

The room was a bit small and although I said the room was quiet it was because I used the air conditioning to muffle the outside sounds. The first night I barely slept due to the outdoor traffic sounds.

The kindness , cooperation of the entire staff. The smile of staff reflect their happiness to serve the customers . We felt a family atmosphere during our 2 nights staying . The loyalty of staff during customer service . We were not satisfied with the room as it was too small. We spoke to the receptionist, and she gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, and we paid an additional €50 plus the room cost . On behalf of my family brother and sister, we would like to extend our appreciation to the entire reception team, Diame/David/Claudia/Juliev/Kevin, and Jim. Thanks to Noreen, who has been serving all the time with a big smile. The genersouty of the hotel owner and management team. Snak ( juice, hot drinks, and cake) were served all day at free cost to hotel customers.

The location is good as it is reasonably close to the Old Town. The breakfast is good. The staff is helpful.

Had to change rooms, smell in first room before we changed, overall old building with a feeling of rot. The building is very old. We checked in and the receptionist was friendly and said he would give us an upgrade. A strange chemical smell came from the bathroom, so we changed rooms to a very tiny room. Overall, the hotel didn't strike me as a four-star as the four stars are usually more comfortable.

The location is good - just 10 mins walk from both the beach and the old town. The rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were confortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Complimentary coffee, tea, milk and water in the room.

Great hotel. From the moment we arrived Emanuela and David smiled and welcomed us to our lovely stay. Excellent róom, shower, water pressure, huge towels, great shampoo and conditioner, great bed and linens. Good location few blocks away from everything. In Nice this is the place to stay.
