It is perfectly located just a few min walk from the train station. There was a fridge in the room.
Towels were as stiff as a board! Felt like sandpaper, really. The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay up. The shower itself was so tiny, barely room to turn around. There were random hairs around the room.

Very warm and friendly check in staff - Cezar was very helpful with checking in. The room I stayed in was spacious enough for one person. The place is located about a 15-20 min walk from the beach/Old Town but is super close to the train station which is great for anyone wanting to use Nice as a base whilst they day trip to Eze/Menton/Monaco etc.

Close to Nice Ville railway station which was essential for a 7.00 am train. I was only stopping overnight so it didn't matter to me that the town and the beach is around 30 minutes walk .
Be aware, this hotel does not have a lift. The night manager took my fairly light bag up to the first floor without being asked though so this is not a personal comment. There was an intermittent quite loud buzzing noise (maybe from the aircon?) but I had earplugs.

We loved the location of the apartment, everything was close, including the sea, the Old Town, the designer shops, bars and restaurants.
Quiet, apart from the nightclub, but that wasn't too bad at all.
Very comfy bed, very clean and helpful staff.
My fault, I thought I'd booked a room, but had actually booked an apartment.
This was a 12 minute walk from the hotel.
It would have been easier perhaps to have a key safe and the address been given earlier.
Having said that...we loved it

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything that we needed was in the apartment. Location is perfect - close to city center and beach. The place is also dog-friendly!
Maybe terrace could be improved (ACs and wires could be hidden, a little fence between apartments, etc.). The cooker is inductive but there were pans for gas stove and at first we thought it didn’t work - so maybe it’s better to take away those pans and pots that aren’t suitable for that stove.

Property was amazing. Safe beautiful updated. We asked for an iron and a board and they delivered brand new ones the next morning.
The Location of the apartment isn’t the one mentioned in this listing. That is the check in address. The apartment is 15 mins walking distance for the check in place. When we found out(on our arrival) the receptionist asked us if we want to cancel our already prepaid 7-nights reservation without providing alternative. The different location was horrible to find out because first of all I had already walked from the station in 40 degrees weather with 3 pieces of luggage and nothing was mentioned and second because I had to pay for an Uber to go to the apartment itself. We had chosen the apartment because of its proximity to the train station and the apartment was in more central location. Eventually it was a better and safer location for going out in Nice but we spent more time going to and from the station than we planned in the summer heat. During check out the manager came to inspect the place with us present and left telling us that everything is ok and we gave him the keys. 2 hours after we gave them the keys the receptionist called me to mention that the same manager that inspected the place said that two garment cases were missing and they will charge my credit card for them. I was furious because first nothing was missing during the inspection and second what was the point of the inspection with us present if they could do whatever they want in the meantime (2hours). After two intense phone calls with the receptionist nothing was charged eventually but it really was a horrible experience after an amazing 7nights stay in Nice. Took all the patience in me to not yell at the receptionist for giving arrogant answers to my completely reasonable questions. 1.Why isn’t the different location mentioned anywhere and 2. If something is missing why don’t you report it DURING the inspection before I leave the place and you call me 2 hours later?

Location was in a quiet area. Dani in reception was fantastic! Close to train station.
The bathroom door didn't fit the frame so it didn't actually close. The bed was long and the room - not so much. There were about 6 inches between the bed and the wall which was quite annoying for the peron sleeping on the further side of the bed. The air con was super weak and they have it locked so you can't make it go any higher.

Beautiful building, loved the key code access, little touches like the bathrobe in the room made it feel like a luxury experience. The refrigerator was very welcome for a hot day to store drinks. Renovated bathroom with lovely touches such as the lighted mirror which makes you look good and the shower was redone and lovely. Great location not far from the train station and easy to walk everywhere. I had limited interaction with staff, but it was pleasant.
I know the room isn't large but the absence of a small table and chair was really missed, as I had some work to do and wanted to sit somewhere and work on my computer. The bed was also really low to the ground, almost on the ground, but it was comfortable enough. The worst thing was the water pressure in the room was really low.

Close to the train station
Our room wasn't renovated and very small therefore it didn't look like the pictures we saw. The A/C was broken, we told the staff about it and nothing was done to accomodate us. Early in the night, big amounts of water started spilling from the A/C so we had to close it and the night became very uncomfortable and hot.

Proximity to train station
In general everything felt cheap and poorly designed. The toilet didn’t flush properly.

It was close to transportation. The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and gave us many recommendations for things to do.
