The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and is served in an informal way in the lobby.
Many rooms have the bathroom behind a curtain, rather than in a separate room, which may not be something everyone likes.

Very lovely unique boutique hotel, location is good and the train station is on the door step. You can walk anywhere you want if you dont mind walking, stay here rather than paying a fortune for a closer hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and were always polite, the beds were comfortable and because it was our anniversary they upgraded us to the top room which had a view of the Eiffel Tower from a far was was the icing on the cake. If I come back to Paris I would stay here again.
Merci :)

The staff were great and very helpful in recommending ways to get around town and places to go.
Rooms and the hotel were neat and clean.
Location is very close to train station and bus stop - good access to public transport.
Could hear people in the rooms next door.
Lift is small.
Tourist attractions are a bit further than a walk away - not close enough to the action to walk

Its a wonderful property well located. The lobby is welcoming and charming. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive to your needs. if you happen to stay in the penthouse, then you would have views on the Eiffel tower and just for that, it makes this stay worth every penny.
Its a very small thing, but the bathroom was a bit awkward with the shower that tend to leak all over the floor. Otherwise the room is really nice.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Let us drop our bags off before check in and left them there all day before we got our train late to depart. Loved it, perfect for what we needed.
Now the location is good in terms of being near the Arc de triomphe, however we went to do quite a bit down in saint germain des pres, le marais and the 1st so was a 40 minute metro journey each time. Didnt affect our stay or time though, just a personal opinion that next time we probably would stay a bit nearer.

The rooms has no sound proof we can hear the people in the other rooms talking you can hear every sound like the cleaning, the vacuum cleaner, the tables or furniture when moving, one of the nights I had to call the reception to ask the next room to lower the music and their voices ..

Great little boutique hotel, clean & in a nice quiet area 2 minutes from the metro.
Ordered room service for breakfast one morning for a birthday treat which was 20 per person. The staff member I booked it with failed to tell me that this would only be a pastry basket (1 mini croissant, 1 mini pain au chocolat, 1 mini bread roll per person) & coffee of which all of this is given for free to guests at reception all day. Had I known, I wouldnt have paid 40 just for that! Ended up having to go to the breakfast room and plating up all the bits we wanted and taking it up to our room ourselves. The chef tried to tell me that they dont allow that but after being told no refunds I wasnt going to accept it and carried on. This was the only bad thing about our stay, everything else was great.

The hotel was really nice in general. The staff were lovely , really welcoming and helpful ! There was pasties on arrival and beautiful piano. It was v. Close to the metro, and the location was central enough but nice and quiet too.
The room was not the cleanest and there was mould all over the walls in the bathroom. We asked for the cleaner to come and look at it but it wasn't removed. The room was quite small (despite being given a free upgrade for a bigger room - which we were v. Grateful for).
