It was near to a lot of attractions so it was nice walking everywhere, the staff was really nice and the hotel was very clean
The pictures that I saw didn’t match with the hotel, so i was surprised when i arrived to the room, the price listed on here was different from the one I was charged, the door didn’t have a lock so I didn’t fell really safe in there and it was weird that every time
I went out i had to leave my room key in the hotel and couldn’t take it with me, which I thought was weird.

The noise from within and outside the property was overwhelming through the night so not a lot of sleep. I gather it is a part of town for various festivities and parties but not necessarily the best pick for a family hoping to get some sleep. I can imagine it’s a great location if you’re there to enjoy the nightlife.

Stayed here 30th May till 1St April 2025. Reception Staff are every friendly, unfortunately the hotel was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, mirrors in rooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time, & the place/rooms where dusty. We were told it was an English breakfast - it was not it was a continental breakfast, which had a good selection.
On one of the evenings we while waiting for a taxi we had a few beer in the reception, we left at 7.30 and arrived back at 1.30am to the hotel to find the glasses and cans were still in the same place. the night receptionist was very lazy and wasn't interested in any we ask for as he wanted to get to his food delivery.

Breakfast was a good portion and variety for the price in Paris. Yogurt, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fresh vegetables, croissants, jams & jellies, fruit juices and coffee all were available each morning. The hotel staff are exceotonally kind, helpful, and even protective, as I was a solo female traveller, and everyone was making sure I had a pleasant and safe experience.
The noise control from the street was excellent, but from inside was sometimes frustrating. There will always be people letting their doors slam, but there were constant loud noises, bumping and slamming- I suspect from the restaurant that seemed to be below my room- until very late at night sometimes. By the end of their activities and the start of morning guest activities, I got little more than 5-6 hours of sleep per night. Complaining seems pointless, but that was the only real issue I had. I'm not sure how it could be solved, but for me it made Paris a difficult place to rest, and combined with jetlag, I was ready to move on to the rest of my journey.

The pictures that advertised the hotel made it look far more spacious and luxurious than it was. The rooms are tiny! The bed literally took up 3/4 of the room and the bathroom was a closet with a horrible shower. It was kept clean and operational. For $700/night, this hotel was not worth it, even in peak season. Breakfast was also of lower quality

Perfect location in the 6th arrondisement, charming locale, easy access to most landmarks etc via walk/bus/metro. This specific area is also peaceful at night which is nice. Room wasn’t too big but was very clean and comfortable, and bathroom was especially polished and nice (note I was travelling alone). Housekeeping was prompt and neat. Service was great, a shoutout to the night staff Morgan who was very friendly and even offered some recommendations when I arrived late the first night. Had a very pleasant time here!
Hallways are slightly narrow/dingy but that was the only concern.

Requested and was assured I would have a quiet room away from elevators. Upon arrival, found I had been given a street room next to the elevators and in the corner used for housekeeping, so full of big bags of dirty linen. The linens in the room were too big for the bed and dragged on the floor, continually sliding off the bed. After little sleep from people in the street, and other guests arriving on the elevator and having loud conversations in the hall by it, I finally got up after housekeeping began the morning by slamming their large cart into the wall of the room. The man at the front desk was rude, and twice argued that I couldn't possibly hear the elevator and wouldn't offer a room change, even if I paid extra. I checked out early. My only really bad hotel stay in multiple trips to Paris.

Unfortunately I experienced a deeply unsettling incident during our stay. Very late at night, a receptionist came to my room following a call claiming there was a fire in my room. Of course that wasn’t me calling, and while the staff handled it calmly, it appears to have been a prank. This incident left me feeling unsafe and affected my ability to rest during my stay. Needless to say I wasn’t able to sleep well after that night visit. Unfortunately, due to this experience and although I shared this matter with the hotel with no response, I would not feel comfortable returning.

They also left us a thank you bottle of wine which was such a nice treat. Location was GREAT, not far from Odeon Metro Stop and on a quieter street with nice restaurants just around the corner.
Very friendly staff, always ready to offer good suggestions.
Bed was comfortable - I slept for NINE HOURS.
Secured our luggage after check-out so we could continue with our sightseeing.
I would definitely visit Hotel Delavigne again.
Can't really complain about anything, it was a positive experience.

Solid hotel in a great location with very helpful and lovely staff. Street is quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and bakeries, and close to Metro at Odéon. Bed was very comfortable.
Small and dated rooms, thin walls. Sound transmitted between walls easily. But hey it’s Paris, who hangs out in their room? You better be out enjoying the city. For Americans you may be a bit disappointed. It’s very European.

Hotel Delavigne was perfect for our week long stay in Paris. Location was amazing and I felt very comfortable walking to and from the hotel by myself as a single woman. The staff was incredible and helpful and very welcoming.

The beds, the size of the room, the bathroom size, and the cleanliness were great. We were in a great area that was safe, and there were cafes nearby. The room was quiet, and we were never disturbed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a hot water kettle, tea, pouch coffee, and chocolate in the room. I would certainly go back to this property. We were 5 walking minutes away from the Luxembourg Gardens and 15 minutes away from Notre Dame.
We would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.

We loved the location, the comfortable bed, the towel heater bar and the thoughtful chocolates left for us. I accidentally lost my credit card in the room and they notified me immediately. I highly recommend staying at this magnificent hotel!

Everything was perfect. Incredible location. Clean and beautiful room and bathroom. Pristine and comfortable mattresses. Very well looked after hotel. Above all, kind and professional front desk staff. Thank you all for making our stay amazing.
