The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Louvre, Notre-dame and the metro. There are lots of great restaurants and boulangeries close by. We had the family room which was comfortable. The breakfast was also nice and staff very attentive and approachable.
The door in the bathroom did not close properly and did not lock.

When we arrived, we were told a "better room" was selected for us. I cannot see any similarity between the room we stayed (211) and the ones in the pictures. The room was tiny, with a TV hanging in the wall in a very dangerous way (lack of space). The window pointed to a terrace, which felt a little bit uncomfortable, as I could easily go out/in the room via the window. But the bathroom was not good at all. Extremely small and very old. The shower had no glass or any type of protection, so the whole bathroom would be completely wet after a shower. The cleaning service handled that every day, which was a good thing. I feel like there are no pictures of that specific bathroom in Booking, even in the "comfort" option. If we were provided a "better" option, I really think the first option couldn't meet the price we paid, at all.

The staff and team provide the warmest welcome from the treat of champagne and macarons in the room to the generous and delicious breakfasts to genuine smiles and ideas for what to do when. Room size and furnishings are very comfortable. Location is fantastic; close to great dining, walkable attractions and metros yet the street itself is quiet for sleeping. Eurostar access is a 20 min metro ride away on the same train line.
We loved everything. Though if you want modern and new, this isn’t the place for you. Give the hot water time to reach your floor when you run it in the morning (and it’s good and hot!)

You had a choice of breakfasts and we usually had the gourmet which is enormous and generous. It had scambled eggs, sausages, an assortment of meat and cheese, croissants and bread, an assortment of fruit, tea and coffee, warm milk, fruit juices. The yoing staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much. They booked taxis and recommended local restaurants. Because it ws my birthday they laid on a half bottle of champagne and a gift of gourmet biscuits and dressed the large doube bed with artificial rose petals spelling out HB with a big heart. They also upgraded our room so we had a view over the street instead of the back. A wonderful reception.
The rooms were described as cosy and they were small but had all the facilities you needed including step in shower and hair dryer. The only problem was that they were refurbishing the breakfast room so we had breakfast in our cosy room with a table installed in such a way that you could not fully open the entrance door. As there was only one chair one person had to eat their breakfast on a side table while sitting on the bed.

Perfect location, not only quiet, but also just a few minutes walk from every transportation stations, restaurants and market! Staff is so kind and professionals. There was some kind of technical issue with the heating system and immediately the kind gentleman from reception gave us a portable heater for our whole stay! Size of the room is small, but this is something normal in Paris, in general, and you know it already. Thank you everyone for making our stay more enjoyable!

The breakfast was delicious and being able to enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris made it even more special. A thoughtful birthday surprise from the staff was a really kind touch and very much appreciated.
The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was small but cozy and had everything we needed.
The location is fantastic – surrounded by great bistros and small bars that come to life in the evenings, and just a short walk from the river, perfect for evening strolls.
We've already recommended the hotel to friends and family and would happily stay again ourselves.

The shower is very good and the bathroom was super clean. I recommend bringing your own hair dryer, as the one available is not strong and doesn't work well.
Also, the hotel staff is excellent! Erika was lovely, very helpful, and I felt very welcomed when I saw the macaroons and champagne they left in the bedroom when I checked in.

The location is the best! So many restaurants around, close tot he metro stations, in the arty part, it just feels amazing to go out and get right into the nice Parisian street!
The hotel is very nice, they were able to check us in early, the room was clean, it was enough space for two people. The bed and even pillows were comfortable, linens and towels were clean. I like the smell of the soap! The bathroom had a tub, but no shower curtain, which is a little odd but worked out fine. Water pressure is good, no problems with the temperature either. We didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t rate that. They gave us complimentary champagne and macaroons on our arrival! Overall very nice little hotel!
The staircase is spiral and narrow, it’s okay, just hard to carry suitcases up, they have a tiny elevator for that.
There was no ventilation other that opening windows and unfortunately someone was smoking in the inner court and all that smoke came in our room.

We asked for a superior room and got a ground floor room for WC access. That is ok, but it was right next to all of the laundry bins (dirty linen) and kitchen. Plus the room was very dark and the window looked out onto the patio.

The hotel was a beautiful, comfortable, historic building in the heart of the 6th. The host suggested a great spot for dinner on the corner and there was an absolutely gorgeous, healthy French breakfast early the next morning. They even arranged for a taxi to zip me off to CDG for my flight. Get the room with the balconies/terraces. It was magical.

The location was perfect for walking to great restaurants and shops. The area was very SAFE.
Most importantly, the staff of this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better welcome!
Service throughout the week was excellent.
Elevator a little tiny, however, I'm also claustrophobic.

All was great - the staff was kind, the deluxe room was spacious and clean, and in an excellent location. I would stay here again!

The location and the staff were pretty much perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and they remembered my hot tea every morning. And one morning, my tea even came with hot milk! Great shower!
The room was incredibly small, and there were not enough electrical outlets in the room. I figure the outlet problem is typical of a hotel of this age.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, coffee too strong.
The person at reception during check-in wasn’t so nice. At first I didn’t understand the system - different buildings with tiny one person elevators to each.
