Best location for us. Renovation fabulous. As always, these types of hotels are expensive (overly, many would say) however, worth it if you want a comfortable, memorable stay in Saint-Germain!
Loved the room (and we were upgraded, which was nice) and all the elctronics were so easy to use - the bath fixtures, too.
Service/staff were ultra friendly. Made you feel special.
A bit too expensive for what you get! But that's Paris (and Saint-Germain...).
Pillows too 'fat' for my husband, who likes them softer. Ditto the hyperalergic ones as well.
Duvet could do well to be feather (not synthetic)
We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Not only is the location great but the room was so quiet and nicely appointed. The staff could not have been nicer. Just a great place all around. Highly recommended.
The only thing I can think of would just be perhaps a little more choice on the room service menu, but other than that I'd really be at a loss to try to find anything we didn't like.

We genuinely loved everything! The only small issue was that the pool wasn’t heated, and the sauna wasn’t quite warm enough. However, since we arrived there at the end of the day it was understandable and we also mentioned it to the hotel staff, and they immediately took care of it and assisted us. The room was very nice and quiet with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was in a prime area with multiple places to eat and just a short walking distance to the Seine River and the Notre Dame cathedral. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The price, but it’s Paris. Be prepared to pay a hefty price for a hotel to stay in an upscale location.

Excellent location! This property provides two bedroom suites which was ideal for our situation traveling with a child.
The bedrooms and the master bathroom were a bit on the small side. The awkward ceiling in the master bath and angle in the shower made it a little difficult to get comfortable.

This is rather a small comment, cannot say "I did not like". I would just recommend to replace the "Steamone" equipment by regular iron. Yes it looks fancy, like all other amenities in the room, but just does not live up to expectation. It takes ages, what you could do in minutes with an iron.

Location. And the night manager was lovely.
The staff wasn't responsive to emails pre arrival, leaving our request for a roll away unanswered. We had to wait an hour upon arrival for the night manager to set it up himself, as all housekeeping had left. In the morning, breakfast was very expensive for what it was, and no one helped us with our bags when we were leaving.

The location was fabulous! Our suite was perfect for our group of 4 women.
The breakfast was delicious and the baked goods were made by a lovely woman who works at the hotel.
Our evening bartender, Olivier, was an absolute gem. He was helpful with recommendations and just wonderful to talk to. The desk staff was kind and attentive and made sure we were comfortable and happy.
It was a fabulous experience and I will absolutely stay here again.
