We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building is new and everything is very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked two rooms for the same date, but they quickly helped us solve the problem with no stress.
They even upgraded our room for free because a better one was available

Great location conveniently next to metro. Quiet. Reception staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful.. Nitin who is the day officer was so kind and offered to check us in earlier than the time as we were tired from our journey. The area has lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It's very safe, clean and lovely.. The hotel itself felt brand new, clean and well maintained. Decent sized rooms & bathroom too.. Can't fault anything. We didn't opt for breakfast but there are many places close by too.
The bathroom didn't have any hooks or any rails to hang clothes which is an odd feature to miss for a hotel. The pillow in the room had a red stain on it. We just put it away and didn't use it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations — it’s even better than in the photos. Very atmospheric and incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: the metro is right next to the hotel, so it’s easy to get anywhere quickly. The view from my window was a pleasant surprise, and I really felt the true French vibe. I truly enjoyed my stay and plan to come back again. Highly recommend!

Convenience, but they made it seem that the Eiffel tower is just a view from the hotel. In fact it is very far.

I have stayed here before and came back because the location in the 15eme is great - right next to the metro and good local restaurants and shops
The hotel has been refurbed since I last stayed and the decor is stylish
Staff are friendly and helpful
Could do with hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels - not just the heated towel rack
Also a so not disturb / make up room sign would be helpful
Toilet in my room was right almost next to the wall on one side - so it wasn't super easy / comfortable to use.....Space in bathroom generally very tight!

Room was clean, staff was efficient. Located right next to a Metro station.
My room had courtyard view, and while it was probably less noisy than the street, I still woke up every time someone walked over the wooden panels on the floor.

errh, nothing, it was OK but nothing to report as likable
Noise from the road, noise from the neighbours, old flower bouquet at reception (more than a week old, dead flowers all over,) give the strong impression that nothing is well looked after in that hotel. the name MOntcalm would suggest a quiet and tranquil hotel, nut nothing of that sort.
