The room was spacious by Paris standards, well-equipped with air conditioning, complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and overall very comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and the hotel had AC throughout, which was a huge plus during the warmer days. Even the elevator was surprisingly roomy for Paris!
The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. A great value and highly recommended!

It was the location that really clinched it - we walked all over Paris from here and it was very easy to get to via the subway from Gare du Nord, or to access the buses in the area. Also there were plenty of places to eat in the area and it felt safe. We would most defintely stay here again.

New Hotel Opera is less than a block from a Metro station and a little over 10 minutes walk to two different train stations. Pigalle was easily reachable by foot for meals, and we were able to reach a number of big ticket attractions on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the evenings were quiet. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
I wouldn't call it a dislike because we knew going into it, but the hotel was low on amenities. Our double room was small and short on storage space, but it's Paris, that's to be expected.

Everything was great. The room was specious which is a miracle in Paris - we put suitcases on each side of the bed and it left plenty of room to get ready in the morning. There's a nice narrow balcony - i guess there's an option to smoke there. The room was cleaned every day no matter how late in the morning we left. There's also a wooden floor, which is simply a nice touch. But if you don't like walking barefoot, there are slippers available.
The bathroom also had enough space to fit all skincare around the sink. And there's a working heater in the bathroom so we could dry towels and socks.
The location is pretty. Metro station is like 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. There's also some nice boulangeries and restaurants down the street.
All in all, the stay was nice. I would choose this location if I travel with a friend again.
Everything was great. But there's always room for improvement. It would be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower to put all the personal stuff there. And there's no bidet which can be a bummer for some people.

Hotel rooms whilst small, are well appointed and clean. Hotel also has elevator which is a nice surprise. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
It would be helpful if a breakfast pack was available before 7am if you need to catch an early flight or train but this is only a minor issue. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful in enabling us to grab a quick breakfast.

Lovely small rooms, perfect for Paris, and that’s enough – after all, you’re here to explore! The location for walking around is fantastic, right by the hotel. The area is very clean (literally, the streets are washed every morning), and it felt very safe and pleasant. The hotel is near the Opera, so it’s very easy to navigate. Overall, the hotel staff and room conditions were excellent. This hotel definitely goes on my list – it’s a place you’ll want to return to.
