No aircon for the 3 nights we were there despite being told each day it was going to be fixed. So very grateful to the reception lady who gave us a fan or else we would not have slept at all. Not worth the $300 a night we paid.

The property is in a really great area. While the rooms are small they are very well done. We had everything we needed for our stay.
We were very impressed by the staff. One of the mornings we came down for breakfast near the end of the time frame and were informed someone else must have eaten ours, so the woman working went out and bought us our breakfast on the spot to make sure we received it as it was included in our reservation.

The world's smallest elevator - barely room for one person and one suitcase. Otherwise access to rooms was via a very narrow, steep flight of stairs with no handrail. Very dangerous for anyone with even minor mobility issues. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor and had signficant mould issues. Bedroom very small, but bed was comfortable. No staff available when I arrived mid-afternoon. Access to hotel via PIN code into security keypad. Guests who had not received PIN code waiting outside with suitcases, unable to access rooms.

The lighting in the bathroom was not great for shaving or putting on makeup. A small lighted magnifying mirror directed toward the face would be helpful.

The location was very good. The metro station is a one minute walk from the hotel and there are also plenty bus stops around. The room was clean and nice.
It was very small actually but we didn’t really mind that. The elevator was extreme small and was a little scary haha. We didn’t really think that the breakfast was worth the money. It had very few options. And only sweet options and we would have also liked to have savoury options as well.

The hotel's location is fantastic! The area is full of great restaurants to choose from, and the metro is within walking distance. Many attractions are also easily accessible on foot, with Sainte-Chapelle just around the corner. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive—they sent us the entrance code in advance, provided an umbrella, and offered luggage storage, which was very convenient. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.
Breakfast was only sweet, but that's just our personal preference since we usually have more substantial continental breakfasts in the morning. Fortunately, there are plenty of cafés nearby where you can have breakfast. The elevator is very small, but it’s great that there is one—it’s very convenient. The rooms are also small, making it a bit challenging to fit yourself and your suitcases. The bathroom was cold, and ours had a window facing outside. However, I understand that small rooms and compact spaces are typical features of Parisian accommodations.

Fantastic location, PERFECT for a city break. I have stayed here 2 x now. The room sizes do differ the first time we had a lot more room however, this hotel is just perfect for a place to stay whilst you are visiting Paris and spending the majority of your time out of the hotel. The location in my opinion is 10/10, very central and a short walk away from some amazing areas. Metro is a 2 minute walk down the road. As for the room is it clean and well presented. Good quality shower and very comfortable. I most definitely will be staying again in the future I think it is such a great gem I am so glad I found it!

Hall lighting was ok. It should have turned on automatically when you entered the hall. Had to manually light the hall leading to the room. I lost my phone and found it behind the head of the bed. Saw dead insects. The breakfast was ok (bread, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee/tea). There was no fresh fruit.

The elevator was tiny and too small for most of our luggage. The room was small, and we had trouble storing our luggage without blocking exit or entrance to our bathroom. A resident was smoking on the floor above, causing us to smell the smoke. We opened the window so we didn't have to breathe in the smoke.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to check into our room early. The location was convenient and a huge benefit to our trip with close proximity to the metro and train stations, and many restaurants. Relatively quick walk to sights in every direction.
There was no staff working the night shift. The “emergency” contact number given at check-in and on outside keypad was unanswered when called. We had an issue where we were locked out of the hotel after staff left. The keypad code was not working, turned out the code was unclear how it was written. Confirm code with staff during check-in so you don’t run into the same issue.
The rooms are very tight and small but it was all the room we needed to sleep and shower. We didn’t get a room with a view but again, we were in the room to sleep. The city had enough views that not having a view in the room didn’t hinder our experience.
This was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise the room was generally clean.

You could not ask for a better location: short walk to the Odeon metro, restaurants, museums, etc.
Considering it's in the 6th arr., the price is astonishing. To find anything under 200 euros a night is nearly impossible and the value is impressive.
I won't say I did not like this, but I was a little nervous about the fact that the desk is not manned most of the time. My room card kept de-activating and once I was not able to get back into my room. No one was available and I was panicked. (I had left my phone in the room.) It was all resolved within 20 minutes, but a backup plan needs to be posted somewhere with an emergency number inside and outside. What if you lose your code to enter the building?

The location is great. The room is small, but comfortable. It was very quiet. Basic, no amenities. No hot water kettle. TV worked just fine. Nice towels.
I was surprised to find that there was no staff on site after 5 pm. The door was locked and you let yourself in with a code. In the 3 days I was there I never saw another person except for the manager. As a single female traveler, it was a bit unnerving.

Location is okay, near the university so lots of students in the area. The room is small as stated in advertising, the hallway and stairwell is very narrow. The elevator is good for one person, if you have luggage, it needs to be stacked next to you to get it to your room. The room could use more cleaning, under the bed was very dusty, and an upper shelf was also dusty. Our window was left open, perhaps by housekeeping, for the day into the evening when we returned to our room.

The staff was very nice and allowed us to drop off our luggage’s early even though we could not check in. The location was also pretty good and had several restaurants and attractions near walking distance. It felt very safe where we were at. I also appreciated that staff would do house cleaning every day.
The room was much smaller than expected and I kept having issues trying to get in. The key would work half of the time and I would have to constantly try to get the door to open with the key. I notified staff but whenever they tried it the door would automatically work. Towards the end I figured how to maneuver the door knob so it would work but it was very frustrating.
