The receptionists were kind helpful and polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and you had space to move, not always the case when in Paris. Shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. toilet worked well. i didn't have breakfast at the hotel but i checked it out and it looked rich and satisfying. the room was quiet. Pretty. Well equipped with a kettle to make tea and glass water bottle to be refilled at the water station.

Close to metro station, several eateries around it although they are closed at around 11pm so it is not great for late arrival. One could overcome that by using UberEats to have food delivered.
The room is enough for single travelers, usually facilities are provided: kettle, iron, etc. My room even has a small balcony although the view is nothing spectacular i.e. other apartments opposite.
The room wall is so thin that I could hear a man coughing next door. That shows how thin it is. Luckily no one attempted anything amorous ;-)

The area was lovely and quiet, we had a twin room with a balcony which overlooked the street. It was lovely to sit out there in the mornings with a tea and evenings after a long day of walking. The staff were all very lovely, very friendly and accommodating. My French isn’t the best - I did try! Sometimes to everyone’s amusement - it was just a lovely atmosphere. They all spoke English fluently which was of course a helpful bonus.
It wasn’t a far walk from the Arc de Triomphe and had a nice little shop just down the road to grab drinks and snacks. The hotel was very well presented, very clean and modern.
There was nothing negative about our stay, it was perfect. Only thing I would note - not a negative as such but something to be aware of when booking - the lift is very small, we just had hand luggage and managed to fit the two of us and our bags in, but I think anyone group bigger bags would have to use it one at a time on arrival/departure. Not sure if they maybe have another lift for wheelchair users as I’m not sure if one would fit it very well.

Good location (10 minutes walk to/from Triumph Arch), but no metro station nearby, only bus stop behind the corner. Classic roos without the view, only at the roofs of other buildings. Lots of the restaurants and other places to eat in the close neighbourhood.
Small elevetor, hard to fit it if there are more than 2 people; breakfast quite basic and could be improved by adding some vegetables and ready-to-eat dishes like sausages/salads, etc; scrabbled eggs of poor quality, could be improved. It would be great to have cappuccino available.

Price was OK, although added taxes were very high.
The internet is HORRIBLE! Also if you brought you own device the inputs on the TV did not change so you could not use the external HDMI.

Beautiful, clean, classic Paris hotel. The front desk attendants were some of the most helpful and kind I have ever encountered while traveling. Extremely clean!

I had read other reviews saying the rooms were small. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms and even bathroom were actually a good size. There also were robes in the clothes closet.
The elevator is very small. I mean very small. No more than 2 people and some luggage is all that fits. The circulous staircase is nice to take if you’re in a hurry. The breakfast was okay.
