Great location and facilities, very helpful staff and safe car parking. Also the included breakfast was excellent.
Our standard double round was a little small and we found a dirty towel when we first arrived, however the reception staff were excellent and responded quickly.

The location is great... lose.to the T4 bus stop and centre of town.
NOT worthy of 4 star at all!
No sound proofing and slamming doors...starting at 6am due to coach party having early breakfast.
Atmosphere is of a hostel not a hotel.
Staff were pleasant but scruffy and not professional.
Breakfast was ok but uninspiring.
Although it is on the Seine, there are at least 6 lanes of traffic and a railway line to cross to see the river.

The room was pleasant, seemed clean and tidy. Breakfast was okay.
You cannot reserve parking, and after driving, we arrived and were told they did not have any parking available. We booked this property specifically for the parking possibilities. We ended up having to park a 10 minute walk away.

Four stars????? It’s like a grubby hostel/ half way house. Only in France this is a four star… the staff (one guy) was very very pleasant. The car park seemed secure however very narrow entrance. The bed was ok.
Old naff devoid of charm ugly in a quite creepy area almost under a bridge. Bathroom horrendous. Should be classified as a two star HOSTEL.

Big room though sparsely furnished.
Good location for historic centre.
Reasonably priced secure parking though quite difficult to manoeuvre.
Breakfast just about adequate.
Towels changed every day.
Bathroom: no handrail to get in and out of bath for a shower. Very slippery and dangerous. Not enough toilet paper provided automatically. Nowhere to hang and dry wet towels which were very worn.
Breakfast: the bare minimum. Not automatically replenished. One day there was a broken glass lid in the milk. Had to ask for the floor to be cleaned after a spillage of orange juice by another guest. Not a great choice particularly of hot food. Cereal choice not great. Had to ask for natural yogurt.
Restaurant for evening meal: poor choice of food. Didn’t know how to make aperol spritz. The fact that there were only 4 people in the restaurant says it all. Disappointing. Unapologetic and glib when drink was clearly wrong. Long wait for food.

Very helpful staff.
Wish there was more mechanical ventilation in the bathroom. Either the bed room became damp if the bathroom door was left ajar or the water would not dry in the bathroom if door was left closed.

We required parking and this hotel was very convenient to the old city.
The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating, especially Sandra and the kind gentleman at the front desk, whose name I neglected to write down.
