A really great breakfast too.
Perhaps more vegetarian options on the evening menu. Room lighting was a bit dark against a dark carpet so a bit of potential to leave items behind. The powdered milk was not pleasant in the hot drinks unfortunately!

Fabulous location in the heart of medieval Rouen. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice with a Normandy flavour. Room was good (as expected for a Mecure) and bed was comfortable.
Air conditioning wasn't really working in our room which made it hot to sleep. Also one lift was out of service so it took ages to catch the other one. Carparking building was very tight (we had a mid sized SUV and had to take several attempts at some corners) and the instructions to get to it were a little vague. Very minor issues and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Clean and nice staff
Trying to get into the underground car park! Had public shouting at us when we tried to get to the underground parking! Very busy on the street and waiting for pedestrians to move to get in there was an experience . Not one I’d go through again!

What didn't I like? The staff were fantastic and so helpful, the room was spacious and clean (there was even a bed for the dog!) It is located near the Cathedral, so there are lots of historic buildings and things to see. The river is a 15-minute walk away. And while we were there, there was a fantastic light show played out on the front of the cathedral. The best stay of my trip, and I have told everyone I can think of to stay here.

Typical European upper end hotel. Clean. Helpful staff. Centrally located for our purpose.
The uber driver couldn’t find the hotel and dropped us off a block or so away.
At 1:00 AM the fire alarm went off. We were not sure if it was real. And stayed in our room. MISTAKE.
It ended up being set off by someone taking a shower with the bathroom door open. The steam from the shower set off the alarm.
STAFF needs to remind clients to close the bathroom door.

The central location is adjacent to the Cathedral and historic attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was quite tired and the single glazed windows did nothing to filter out street noise below - take earplugs and you'll be fine. The bathroom in our particular room had an unpleasant odour that was disappointing.
I'd recommend not parking a car here unless you have a small car, the car park is very tight to get in and out of.

1: stuff gave us wrong code for drive into the hotel car park, we stayed at the road entrance for long time untill a man who lives in the street helped us to let us in. Then we asked the receptionist, he said the code we been gaven is the old code, why didn't update new code for customer?
2: the room is very very small, didn't aspect to have that tiny size room as we paid 180 euros. The breakfast got a lots over cooked items, seems the oven might be over heated.

Charming and helpful staff, very well managed. Excellent location, very close to the cathedral. Bed very comfortable, good choice of food for breakfast and also for dinner. A delightful place to stay.
Room poorly illuminated - no central light on ceiling; plug in sink had pop-up mechanism with lever which worked very inefficiently, requiring one to reach under sink to open plug - should be replaced with the simple push-button type where you simply push stopper.

Central location in historic Rouen was a big plus. For a short tourist stay in Rouen and some light sight-seeing it was ideal.

The location is very central, close to the Cathedral. Staff was friendly. Parts of breakfast were good.
My room, although quiet, overlooked an unattractive courtyard. One side of the curtain could not be opened, so the room was dark. The window was locked which made the air stuffy, especially at night. The only toiletries provided are soap and shower gel/shampoo, so bring body lotion, qtips etc.

Great property very sensual couldn’t have asked for better
Car park was an issue (no fault of the hotel it’s historic town) the hotel helpfully sent emails with advice if you drive a larger vehicle don’t attempt any of the car parks on the list even if it says it will fit. They are incredibly narrow go to the one that offered the largest headroom clearance.
Nothing it was absolutely great
