Our hotel is ideally located on the port of Saint-Malo facing the Duguay-Trouin basin, a few minutes' walk from the Sillon beach, 5min from Intra-muros and 10min from the train station. Comfortable and elegant, the rooms are equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, safe and free WIFI access. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor of the hotel from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. The breakfast for the kid sare at 10€ until 10 years old. Viennese pastries, breads served with Bordier butter and homemade jams, buckwheat cakes, organic coffees and teas, homemade apple juice and regional products are offered in buffet form.
The OTONALI hotel also has a bar area open every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Natural wines, champagnes, sakes and ciders have been carefully selected by the director and sommelier of our restaurant OTONALI located "next door" to the hotel. We offer a welcome glass of "Cider from Ferme Breizh Café" or "sparkling apple juice from Ferme Breizh Café" upon arrival.

Recently rennovated hotel outside the Intra Murros (walled town) which is just a 10 minute walk away. Rooms are quite small but everything worked well. Close to the beach and overlooking one of the quays. There is secure bike storage for an extra charge. Nice breakfast and a complimentary glass of either Breton cider or apple juice on arrival.

The hotel downstairs is lovely, really calm vibe. The staff are really kind and offered us a nice juice upon our arrival. The location is brilliant, close to the sea and a short walk to restaurants and shops.
Whilst the downstairs was very aesthetic, the rooms felt quite outdated and need some TLC. The rooms were also quite small and could do with some extra cleaning.

Centrally located, very close to the beaches, 20min walking from the old town, which is the highlight of this hotel. Modern decoration in the lobby, it has its own restaurant. Nice amenities, the bedroom was very standard, suitable for one night.
The only remark I have is that the room could use an air conditioning, it was very warm. The host provided us a fan, which helped a lot, but we couldn’t put it to swing as it was very noisy.

Wonderful, friendly, greeting by the professional Reception lady. She really is a star and was very helpful and kind. The location is really good; just 2 mins walk from the beach and perhaps 10mins walk to the walled city.
The room was rather warm.
Parking was a bit chaotic - although this is nothing to do with the hotel; the parking in front/nearby the hotel is all paid public parking and it was completely full upon arrival, with quite a few motorhomes taking up spaces due to the fact that the parking has no height restriction (much of St Malo has height-restricted parking so motorhomes and high vehicles flock to parking spots where they can actually get in)

A very friendly and professional welcome from the largely English speaking team here.
Rooms are not huge but are clean and comfortable and there’s a lift to all floors. Many rooms overlook the inner harbour.
There’s a wide choice of bars and restaurants nearby including their own Japanese bistro.
Or take a short walk into the walled town of St Malo for shops bars and many more restaurants.
Breakfast is also very good.
There’s plenty of parking nearby and it’s just a few minutes drive to the ferry.

Convenient location with easy place to park right outside in nearby public parking lot (cost 4 Euros for the day and free overnight). Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach easily, and to the old city, yet sleep in a quiet neighborhood.
Wish rooms were not carpeted, and would be nice to have free coffee/tea in the morning.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean, well looked after, and everything feels very organised. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was bigger than I expected, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was great. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from, including bread and pastries, cereal, cheese, fruit, egg, juice and coffee. Overall, a lovely stay!
Nothing really but if I have to pick on, only that the wifi could be better. :))

Lovely, friendly staff! A warm welcome - offered some local cider on arrival after our long drive, before going up to the room. A nice touch.
Room spotlessly clean. Such a comfortable bed, and 2 great nights sleep with blackout curtains.

Just a short lovely walk to the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is a cold buffet with good choice. There is paid parking for €4 for the day just outside the hotel. Reception is a nice area where Breakfast is served.

Handy location between beach/harbour and old town. Excellent breakfast. We had plenty of space in our room and great view of the harbour. Secure parking for bikes (but cost 5 euros each)
It was very hot so we had windows open and street very noisy on saturday night. Hotel very full when we were there and no hot water in shower in the morning as i guess it had run out. (we should have got up earlier I guess)
