In addition to that, lighting insight the room is really disgusting. Full of white bulbs. Not creating a cozy atmosphere

The smell in the room and corridors is horrendous (mould? humidity? I have no idea but it literally prevented me from sleeping). I stayed there before and had the same problem.

The location is just behind Les Halles, so very central. Even if it's close to the railway, that does not disturb, probably, unless you are in a room facing the railway directly. The rooms was not huge, but large enough, with a table, a TV, and a reasonably equipped kitchen.
the breakfast is disappointing, there's baguette, a heated croissant, some ham and a few eggs.

Large room, with microwave, hot plate, dishes, and electric kettle. An 8 min walk to the train station and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the tourist attractions. I also appreciated the breakfast downstairs and early checkin option. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff!
Nothing really. I guess, the bathroom door scratches/drags across the floor when you open it.

Very clean, well maintained rooms. Spacious and with almost every amenities you might require. The location is excellent - about 7 minutes from the central station (Gare). A lot of restaurants within 10 minutes walk, and you can find most cuisines that are looking for. The tourist attractions are close by - within 15 minutes' walk. The service and reception are great, they are friendly and kind. In summary for it's price, this exceptionally great - cosy, convenient, comfortable, safe and friendly. Id recommend it anyone visiting Strasbourg for the first time (or anytime ?)

I liked this place because it was close to the Strasbourg train station, around a 10-minute walk. It took less than 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The room was spacious and clean. There was air conditioning. We were allowed to store our luggage after checkout, which was very useful.
As the hotel is located along the train tracks, if you keep the window open, you'll hear trains passing by at night. With the bathroom, I didn't like the step between the shower and the floor as it was quite a high step, and you have to be careful just in case you fall. I was also slightly unsure about the luggage storage room, as there were no tags or labels to identify your luggage and it's solely based on honour system.

The staff was really kind and the location was good. Parking was important to us as we were traveling by car and the hotel was just a short walk from the city center, so really nice and what we were looking for. We did not hear any noises during the night so isolation was good also.
Some defects in the room where you could see that they are old rooms and an old building, they should renovate them soon. Nothing very concerning but not pleasant either.

The staff was invaluable, and the location was very fair.
When I was in the hotel lobby, I saw small mice and informed the staff. They seemed very embarrassed about it, but it was still quite shocking—especially since the mice were running around the breakfast area. The room could also be improved, as it felt somewhat outdated.

There was road work outside and the night I came to check in, I had my hands full and my did with and there was a loose stone from the curb and I tripped over it. I hurt myself pretty bad. Nice room, decent location out of the main island part of Strasbourg. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels. Parking is limited but more spacious that other parking garages. The property is conveniently located close to the city centre. The staff at check-in were very friendly and even offered small Christmas gifts such as cups and jam, which was a nice gesture. The availability of a kitchen in the room was also nice!
The room was clean upon arrival; however, no housekeeping service was provided during the three-day stay. The most unpleasant aspect was a persistent odor coming from the bathroom and toilet, which was unacceptable.

Just location was good
This was a very bad hotel experience. The breakfast was extremely poor and far below an acceptable standard. In the room, many basic items were missing, and when we asked, we were simply told they were not available. The bathroom amenities, including shampoo, were very low quality. The mattress was in terrible condition—the mattress under the sheet was yellow and clearly dirty. I would never stay at this hotel again.
