Very good location, literally 10 mins walking from the centre. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and offered us lot's of tips for the stay.
The room wasn't very big but just enough for one night. The parking was offered for 14 euros a day but finding it and walking around to go back to the hotel (although not very far) was a bit of a hassle.

The location is good, not in the center but quite close by. Personnel at the front desk is ever friendly. The area around the front desk looks good and modern. The breakfast is standard, not exceptional, not bad. Reserved parking in the street behind the hotel.
Outside the reception area the hotel is old, no water or mini fridge in the room. The room was mega simple. The beds are way too short (190cm), when you are tall like me, your feet will be out. But for the rest the bed is comfortable. The shower is ok, however there was mold in there and not fully clean (hairs of previous people on the walls). During our last day there was an intense smell of rotten eggs in the room. The aircon is old and does not really cool. The bathroom door did not close, the door to our room only closed by locking it, even then light from the hallway came through clearly. You could see the curves in both doors clearly. The stairways in the parking where you can reserve parking for your car smells like urine. Anyone can walk in there.
Overall, the value for money is not too good in our opinion.

The decor in the room was modern. The staff were friendly.
We assumed that the parking would be in the property, but it was on the street behind the hotel, a block away.
A couple of the facilities in the room were poorly made - like the wobbly modern bathroom sink.
And there was a mouse running back and forth in the breakfast room. (Or maybe it wasn’t always the same mouse!)

The price was attractive !
The rooms were not clean, they were very small, the entry of the hotel is on the side, needed to reserve a parking space for the car or otherwise you can’t park !
In the reception the cleaning tools were on the floor , not a nice welcome!

Good location
AC was broken and we were staying on the 5th floor right under the roof, the internet was also broken and not usable. We booked this hotel because it said it comes with AC
, free WiFi and parking and we got nether. If you want parking you have to go to the mall where they have 24 hours parking, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the hotel

The staff were lovely and friendly. The communal areas of the hotel were modern and clean. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the city.
The bathroom in room 31 needs a lot of work. The sealant needs changing. It was black with mould, which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom door frame was rotting away due to the water from the shower. Also, the kickboard at the bottom of the shower was loose and rotting. It seems as if the communal areas of the hotel have had work done to them, but the rooms haven't. Finally, the carpet in the bedroom was clean. However, it is clear they don't use the tool on the hoover to get into the carpet where it meets the kickboards.
The air-conditioning in the hotel didn't work, but we were given a fan.

As should be expected for the location, it's an older building with older facilities. Rooms are small but serviceable with the necessary comforts for a short stay. The breakfast was excellent with the dining room updated in contrast to the rest of the facilities.
The pictures did not faithfully depict the rooms. There may be some rooms which have been modernized, but not the one I stayed in.

It seems to be renovated and they did not charge me for the bike rental!
They say 3star, but with no air conditioner on summer it is like 2stars.
At booking it says that has air conditioner, you pay for it, but it don’t - It was summer and really hot weather (around 36°C) definetly disapointed.
I was informed about it during checkin and they offered me a fan. :/
I said that on mu reservation it was covering, but the girl did not care and was a bit rude.

The air conditioning was out of order, not been told in advance, and we were offered a fan at the arrival.

We got a discount and breakfast that was not included in our package

• The location of the hotel was good. You can park your car on the streets around it.
• The breakfast price was reasonable and good.

This is a 3 star hotel acting and charging prices for a 5 star. They may get away with this during the Christmas Markets period but not at other times.
Our room was a small single with a double bed crammed in, you could hardly move.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to speak to me in English. Given that I was going through an emergency at the time it was a huge comfort. I booked a different room from what I got. Which was completely fine. The desk clerk tried to accommodate my booking but I after every thing I’d been through on my trip up to that point t having a room with no elevator access was not something I wanted to deal with. And they were able to accommodate that even if my room was smaller. It was still great.

The location was great! Just a 8 minute walk to the cathedral in old town. The room was of good size, beds comfortable with nice linens and very quiet. The breakfast was tasty with a large selection. The staff was very nice and professional. There’s lots of places to eat, chocolate shop, pharmacy, grocery store and a postal shop only steps away.
The parking is off property and a bit of a hassle to access the facility as a remote from the front desk is needed to open the gates. Once the car was parked, it stayed.
