The good first. Location was fantastic. Bathroom was modern. Staff was first rate.
The bad. The mattresses were terrible. And I don’t have a really bad back but ouch…they were really really hard on my back after kiddos (I’m in my early 40s). Also, the breakfast was well staffed but the food was very limited compared to other European hotels.

Location was great.
The street surrounding had lots of bike delivery people hanging around. The room had poor light and poor placement of plugs to charge items. Shower had no door and flooded the bathroom each night.

Great location! Tons of restaurants, markets and major sites within walking distance. 10 -15 minute walk from train station. Staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Still and sparkling water available in lobby 24/7. Nice windows that open up to the lively street below.
Some parts felt a bit dated but we were told by the staff the hotel would be undergoing a renovation within the next year.

Hard to pick fault for the price. The corridors to the rooms were a bit tired, but who cares ! You don’t go away to hang around hotel corridors !

The location for the Christmas markets is exceptional, you are literally at the heart of everything! Breakfast as an addition is fantastic, particularly as we weren’t aware it was part of the room booking. All the staff we came across were kind and helpful (special thanks to the blond lady at breakfast who was so lovely to our children despite the fact that neither we nor they speak French!)

The location was perfect. Every restaurant we wanted to go to was within 10 minutes, and the train station was 15 minutes away. It made everything very convenient for us.
There was complimentary water and coffee available all day at the hotel, which was very helpful.
We didn’t have much interaction with the hotel staff because we didn’t have any extra needs. The bathroom was spacious, and the heaters worked very well.
Thank you for everything.
Greetings from Istanbul.

A nice hotel in a nice area, many traditional touches such as an old wooden desk, combined with the comfort of a modern bathroom and comfortabler bed. Centrally located close to trams at l'Homme de Fer. You can fill a water carafe and bring to your room, and there is coffee and cookies at certain hours. Also coffee/tea facilities in the room. Despite the busy area, the room was not noisy.
