Room Description:
With a unique décor depending on your desires or mood, your room will be Alsatian, elegant or "themed" and will make you feel like coming back to discover all of them. The generous volume of rooms "Charm" left us a great deal of freedom in their design. For a quieter or more intimate setting, 2/3 of the "Charme" rooms overlook our interior courtyard, which is still beautifully decorated. Cathedral lovers will appreciate some of the rooms with a view, as well as the soundproofed windows.
They feature a TV, a minibar and a courtesy tray with a kettle.

Nicest pillows and most comfortable bed we had so far on our trip. First place we stayed in on our entire trip that had airconditioning, and considering how unbelievably warm it was, we really appreciated it. The bathroom was heaven and the spa bath was fantastic for our weary muscles. The hotel staff were friendly and the complimentary coffee, drinks, beer in the guest lounge was fabulous

These guys are put a lot of work into this hotel it's extraordinarily cozy and comfortable. There is a cool little Courtyard that you can hang out in. The location is good but if you're walking from the train station probably want to get a cab. Otherwise I was totally satisfied with the facilities. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
We were there on a weekend and the street outside got a bit noisy with partygoers.

Quick check-in and check-out by friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms, with nice, soft beds and double sink.We loved the small present! Nice location, just out of the inner city. Parking just opposite the hotel (electric chargers on ground floor: we missed them on our first pass). Good breakfast. Be careful: eggs need to be boiled by yourself!
Isolation was a problem; it did not take away from the comfort of the room but windows did not seem to close well. Sound and wind travelled.
We loved everything. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The entrance to the hotel with the courtyard and Christmas decorations was beautiful, The room was very clean and as in the pictures. The bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved having free access to coffee and cold water, it especially made a huge difference during the heatwave. The air conditioning is good, reliable. You cannot beat the location of this lovely historic hotel. Beds are comfortable; rooms have nice space. Some are more updated than others. A nice breakfast buffet offered.
My room had a very noxious odor coming from the shower drain. It immediately hit me when I walked in the room. The front desk would not move me to another room as they were fully booked even though I arrived early and not everyone was checked in. They claimed they would 'take care of it' while we were out about town. Upon return it was not solved - it was better but the odor was still lingering. I had to keep the bathroom door closed while sleeping. They then claimed they could fix it for the second night rather than move me to another room. It was fixed the second day. I get that it's an old hotel but this seems to be a known problem - it should have been fixed before ever allowing a guest to occupy the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect and centrally located to wander the city via foot or the tram. The courtyard area is absolutely stunning and staff very helpful and cheerful (they maintain the physical key while you are off premise, so you will have a lot of brief interactions). The bathroom was updated and nicely appointed with a jetted tub. Staff decorated the room for my husband's birthday making it wonderfully personalized.
The rooms were very eclectic although a little out dated even with the kitschy aesthetic to attempt to conceal some of the wear. Skip the breakfast- there are many wonderful bakeries nearby that would be a better and more affordable option.

Everything was perfect! Location, rooms, staff, etc. I highly recommend this quaint hotel that’s 10 minute walk to the cathedral and old town.

We enjoyed our room and our bathroom was quite large with two sinks and a walk in shower. The hotel had an elevator which we took advantage of. I am a plant person and the outdoor courtyard area walking into the hotel was filled with plants and beautiful landscaping. The best part was the parking garage directly across the small street from the hotel. Guests received maybe a 3 -4 Euro discount parking there. The hotel is just a few steps from a bridge going into the town not too far from the cathedral. It was a great location. Originally I had a reservation in the Petite France area but am glad in retrospect that we stayed at the Hotel Beaucour. My husband had been concerned about the parking situation in the Petite France area. The Petite France area was lovely but it wasn't too far to walk to it from our part of Strasbourg.
Actually, this hotel was pretty perfect for our needs. We didn't have breakfast here but opted to eat a lighter, less expensive breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Perfect location for walking to tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel architecture and decorating was in keeping with the architectural of the historic city.
Perhaps a larger lobby and bar

The efficient and extremely friendly staff was our favorite part of our stay! They gave excellent instructions to the Christmas markets and suggested a lovely diner (TonTon Gateau) as a great lunch location! ?

Great location to discover Strasbourg city center, located right across a parking lot. Nice breakfast buffet is included with a reasonable rate. The reception staff were overall very helpful.
The room services for cleaning were subpar. We have asked specifically multiple times but never got an answer in time. Once the room was cleaned, the trash bins were not emptied, even the soap which was almost gone was not changed.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Nice and close to the Christmas markets, decent breakfast and the decorations were over the top. We had booked a double twin room and when we did not get one they instantly offered to make a price adjustment and provide two separate duvets as we would have had with a double twin. The staff was all very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The young gentleman on staff at the front desk even helped us book our train tickets for our trip the following day since we were having problems. I would highly recommend this property.
