A cute little hotel in an excellent location. I specially liked the fact that sustainability seems to be more than just a buzzword in this hotel - there's a bottle filling station to avoid using plastic bottles, no extra towels in the room, no unnecessary disposable products etc.

Not a huge deal but you could hear noises at night from other rooms. It was some sort of pipe noise . I think either when the other room use their bathroom it was making noise or it was sth else.. also I guess the walls are thin so when someone is outside, talking or closing the door you could hear it. in the end it wasn't a big deal.

Nicely located in the city center, the hotel offers stylish furnished rooms at a fair rate. The breakfast was good, as well as the small coffee and water stations which were always open and for free.
It was very warm in the room (already in mid-March) and there was no good way to cool it down (the ac system was off). We opened the t it took a while to cool the room down.
On a smaller note: I ask the reception if it were possible to check-in before 3pm. The person has not even tried to look if the room was available and directly answered me : "not before 3pm". I expect a bit more effort/generosity in a 4* star hotel (especially when having booked several rooms...).

Breakfast was good but virtually all types of breakfast crockery had one or two chips on them which in our opinion is a possible health hazard. Also one of the breakfast areas had a dirty and stained carpet. This was all mentioned to the staff most of who were not really interested as they had a lot to do to keep up with the guests usage of the various foods on offer. When we arrived our safe was broken and also the flush mechanism of the toilet. The TV had no signal and when reception were told they replied that the hotel had no signal they hoped it would be fixed later that day but did not really seem to care that much. The saviour of our stay was a young lady called Lea who managed to fix most of the problems and left us a half bottle of champagne and some fancy biscuitsβ¦.she made such a difference!!

The staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us suggestions for nice local restaurants upon arrival and very patiently asked about our stay when we were leaving. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a super view. Also, our room was very quiet and nice. I liked it very much!
A big point for me for staying in hotels rather than Airbnb is the breakfast, and breakfast here was okay but was very basic and didn't have a lot of options (naturally, even less if you arrive towards the end), and didn't change at all. Also, one time the coffee machine broke during the breakfast, which was a bummer. On the other hand, I didn't like the cleanness of the room; there were quite a lot of stains on the couch and some hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The bed was nice and clean, though. Other than these, I enjoyed my stay.

The hope is conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance (less than 5 min) from the tram stop. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. From the hotel one can easily reach every corner of the city by either walking or catching a tram (Place Kleber, Broglie, the Cathedral, etc..).
There isn't anything I dislike. Perhaps, if I may spend some words to tell the management that the room, where the breakfast was served, should be improved a little bit. When it is too crowded, isn't easy to walk around and get your breakfast.

Location in Ginza. There is not far away to metro station. Lost cos offices in the surrounding area. There are some shops in close distance. Rather quiet. 20 minutes to the fish market.
This was a very small, tiny room. There was no space to hang your clothes or put them on the shelves. In general it was quite ok. No complains.

The room was great with a cool view of the city, but very quiet to the city noises! Lots of fun beds, the kids really liked that. And we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.
It was difficult to get there because of a road closure. The staff told me they use Waze rather than Maps, so that would have been helpful ahead of time. Parking ended up being a 10 minute walk away.

The property was not super fancy but fine
We did not like that out windows in our room kept fogging up snd getting wet. So wet in fact that we had to use towels to dry them. Our bathroom shower was broken but useable if you did not try to manipulate it. Our room was super small also.

I chose the property for its wonderfully convenient location, positive reviews, and reasonable price, and was not disappointed. Its proximity both to the train station and to the pedestrianized area was exceptional, the vibe of lobby and room was upbeat, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasnβt much larger than the norm but was laid out much more creatively, with the headboard of the bed moved away from the wall to allow space for a desk, coffee fixings, and more direct passage to the bathroom than the usual trip all the way around the foot of the bed.
Nothing, it was so cheery and bright and welcoming.
