Breakfast was quite good, comparing to other France experiences. Location is very good, if make abstraction of strange people in the area of train station. They tried to copy Ibis style, but not in all areas.
Might have been the smallest room I have ever rent. It is also the only room without a window!!! That is unacceptable! It has a little one, to be 100% honest, but it had a "view" to the garbage area illuminator. So, no fresh air.
Heating was done with an AC. Of course, smelling like dust. Cannot get any fresh air in the room, only if you want the one from the garbage area. I don't know if other room swere so strange, but ours was awful.
The bath, without any ventilation had a shower half of a toilet in an airplane.
I would not recommend this twin room to anyone, no matter the travel reason. It's not worth it.

Booked this a couple of days before our stay as our plans developed on our rail trip. It could not have been better for the price we paid. The decor was modern, it was clean and functional, the staff were friendly and it was close to the railway station. The included breakfast had a good choice and was very welcome. The breakfast tables were laid out attractively and the lady responsible greeted us warmly. I could not believe what we got for this price in a French city.
Nothing at all.

Location is good if you need to be close to the train station. Is quite close to the touristic area but avoids the crowd and noise you may have there. Staff was willing to assist us when we asked for help with some issue.
We hade two different rooms with my kids (5 and 10 y-o) and they assigned us two rooms in different floors. Our room's bathroom smelled very badly, so they had to assign us a different room, but they told the change would be for just one night.

Convenient location near train station. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Excellent value all around.
Location is on a busy (pedestrian only) street, so there is some ambient noise, but I didn’t find it disruptive at all.

The hotel was located just a short walk opposite the train station. I was in a single bed room which suited me just fine. The room itself was spacious enough to comfortably fit my medium sized luggage and backpack without tripping over my stuff. Even had a full length mirror. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel is not too far a walk to the Grand’ Rue to get to the old town, which I found more convenient than using the trams.
The lift only goes up to the 4th floor but even then, you’ll need to climb a small set of steps to most of the rooms on the 4th floor. Would be nice to have an electric kettle provided in the room.

The hotel benefits from a very good central location, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
At €200 per night for a single room without breakfast, the overall experience was underwhelming. While the location is very convenient, the hotel feels quite basic for this price, more like a hostel than a hotel. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower setup was impractical, with a shower head that could not be properly positioned, making it difficult for the water to reach your body comfortably. Overall, the facilities and level of comfort do not fully justify the cost, resulting in disappointing value for money.

Great location, super central to city centre and train station.
Micro bathroom, attic room that my 6 foot husband kept hitting his head on the slanted roof and a terrible mouldy and musty smell emanated from the bathroom (which the staff to their credit, did attempt to resolve and offered to swap our room over). Despite the smell, the room was very clean. Super expensive for a 3-star hotel (peak season with Xmas markets on).

The people at reception(on arrival and in the morning) were very welcoming
and happy to help. The hotel is very close to the train station and also to the town centre.
The room had a very comfortable bed.
The hotel has nice touches, a sitting area with plenty of books, a kettle in the room with a small treat, and the breakfast is excellent (with delicious kougelof)
The room/bathroom is not huge but well equipped. The breakfast space was small for me ( small tables very close to each other), but the breakfast choice is excellent.

excellent, simple, no-frills city hotel. Exceptional location (steps from main train station and pedestian city-centre streets), and very, very clean. Friendly and competent reception staff too.
Heating was good too, but via wall-installed AC unit (i.e. blowing hot air, which might be difficult for people with dust sensitivities and allergies)

Everything was perfect!
Starting on arrival, when we were greeted warmly by the receptionist, we felt welcome right away. They also offered to store our luggage after check-out, so we could have a final stroll around the centre.
The room was charmingly tiny, with lots of natural light and large windows overlooking a main (but quiet!) street.
It was clean, cosy, and neat. The bed and pillows were v. comfy.
The bathroom is small but has everything you need. No single-use plastic toiletries, so it's sustainable, too.
Breakfast was lovely, simple but perfectly good to start the day well.
The lobby is cosy, too. We happily used it to plan out our day over a hot cup of coffee.
The location is great, right off the central area, where you will be sightseeing and finding everything you need.
Thank you for an amazing stay. If we're back in Strasbourg, we'd surely stay there again.
