Everything else is purely a mess. The place is extremely dirty, no towels in the room from DAY 1, I had to ask at reception every single day for a towel. Once they also told me that they are still drying them at 11PM!!
The room had dust and dirt all over the ground and furniture - I was disgusted and was so scared I might get an infection.
What a mess. Never again. Do not recommend this place AT ALL.

Room full of dust, I had running nose as crazy. Bedsheets and everything overall were clear but dusty as hell. Pillows were used and very flat, totally uncomfortable. No haideyer. Overall ok for this price. We just came there to sleep 1 night so ok but for longer stay it wouldn't be a good choice.

Practically speaking nothing, though the location was rather good. And also the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Well, everything – there was not even wifi in the room. It said you can check public spaces, but there is only a sofa next to the reception desk. So the room was useful only to sleep and even that with some reservations. For instance, the fridge was smelling badly, so it was impossible to keep food there.

it’s an exceptionally poorly maintained building. Doors falling off the frame, and poorly fitted (304), carpets peeling from the corridor floors, repairs made only half-haphazardly if at all.

The staff where helpful and try their best to listen to our complaints but they can provide any solution
The room wasn’t clean and the water was cold, we weren’t able to take a shower properly and it’s winter and the cherry on the top the radiator make noise so we could lets it on at night.
At the reception some girls who were already staying warned us to take with us our expensive things because their stuffs had been stolen, we were oblige to walk around the city with our laptops and heavy backpack.
I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was situated close to public transport options and only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre and the main station. The Brazilian lady on Reception was very pleasant and helpful and spoke perfect English.
The hotel was very basic and not very well cleaned with dust and cobwebs obvious in the room. Our room had only one hand towel and no bath towels for two guests staying for three nights! Also, there was no soap. A trip back down to Reception got these problems remedied, but the situation should never have arisen. Basic requirements in a hotel of any standard.
We stepped out of the lift on the second floor on the first evening into an unlit corridor. By sliding our hands along the walls, we eventually found the light switch. We gradually learnt the location of the switches along the corridor to light the way from lift to room. Just as well, as it avoided a possible trip, fall and potential injury that could easily have occurred from the torn carpeting.

The location wasn’t bad. The room my mom and I shared was fairly large.
No water went down the drain during a shower so our whole hotel room flooded and the staff were little to no help at all. We cleaned up the mess with our own towels and that barely made a dent in the amount of water we had (I have long hair so I couldn’t just leave shampoo and conditioner in it.) The maid cleaned out room and just left the large amount of water. They sent a plumber around 6 pm at night and it was no help at all. The room smelled of mold and musky.

The location is good, not too far from the centre and close to public transport
I had stayed at the same hotel around 5 years ago and I knew it was an affordable choice with basic amenities but I feel that their service deteriorated since. I arrived early and as my room was not ready yet, I asked if they had a toilet I could use. They showed me a toilet on the ground floor which was filthy, there was pee on the seat and floor, no disinfectant for the seat, no soap, while there was toilet paper on the floor. Needless to say I did not use it and had to go outside to a café and use theirs. My room was very basic but clean, wi-fi was OK, but they only had one towel in the room, while they offered two tiny shampoo/body wash sachets, for my entire stay (3 nights). Luckily I had brought my own shampoo etc. No hairdryer, no clothes iron. They now have a policy of not cleaning your room if your stay is under five nights, which is fine, but I found out about it after using the only towel they provide, as a bath mat. They gave me a clean one when I asked though.

Brand new, modern and eclectic hotel, brightly colored and unique. Staff was excellent. –Cami, Michele, Antoine were all very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Rooms are small, but very adequate for a 1 to 3 nights stay .
Good location, close to tram or walkable to Christmas villages.

Everything was good overall, we got a problem with our booking elsewhere so booked ibis at 7pm on the day of the stay - it was all ready and personnel super nice and helpful.
Some coffee/tea/bottle of water in the room would be appreciated.
Also in one of the rooms (we booked 2) there was something ressembling a fire alarm above the bed which was blinking quite intense red non-stop.

An amazing stay! Very good room with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The staff was very helpful. The location is good if you like to walk but a tram station near by. Neighbourhood is very safe. The hotel itself is gorgeously decorated so magical…Easter decorations made it feel like Alice in Wonderland.
Maybe a kettle in the rooms would be nice. A bottle of water too.

AC was restricted to a somewhat high temperature of 21C (in comparison to 19.5C at other hotels) and was barely moving the needle and seemed to reset in the middle of the night making stay uncomfortable and sweaty.
Parking is limited due to space constraints; however, staff recommended an excellent alternative in 5 minutes walk.

It is very clean, all new, colourful. The staff is very friendly, polite, ready to help anytime when asked. Good breakfast with lots of pastry and brioche, fruits and fromaige and juices. Big bathroom. The hotel has a private parking with a fee per day. It is close to the city center within walking distance. There is a market shop near the hotel.
The room we were in was not too spacious for 4 people. It has no cooler or fridge.

The design of the room and the hotel itself was very pleasant, colorful and nice. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.
We stayed there for 4 nights. The room has not been cleaned by the staff twice during this period.
No scrambled/readily boiled eggs were in place at the breakfast. Raw eggs were put, so that everyone could boil as many as he/she wants, but it is more convenient when the eggs are ready.
