Room was lovely size - set up for the family of 4 upon arrival - have no complaints about the room or the service at all.
No complaints for the hotel but the surrounding area felt a bit dodgy at night and the car park (public) was very narrow...make sure you go in the right entrance for the hotel otherwise you have to lug your suitcases up the stairs (mistake we made - not the hotels fault)

The location is very strategic . There is a tram station right outside the building. There is access to the mall also. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We specifically visited Strasbourg for the Christmas market and we would just walk to the center by the cathedral.
It was difficult for travelers especially for seniors like us to bring our luggage to the hotel as we had to carry them up the stairs. We didn't see any ramp.

The breakfast is great. There were traditional holiday foods that added to the Christmas mood.
In addition to the beautiful decorations, the hotel also welcomes you with mulled wine and cookies.
The bed is uncomfortable, the ceilings are low. The room looked very gloomy.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location and breakfasts for French conditions.
The quality and cleanliness are appalling. Dirty carpets, smelly towels, and bedding (clean, however, the smell is disgusting). The furniture in the room looks quite worn. Cleaning service without uniforms - you have the impression that people from the street came in and changed the bedding. Generally, the hotel is in very poor condition, max 3 stars. And finally, the reception ran out of discount codes for parking - incredible!

I had an overall comfortable stay at the hotel โ the staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
However, a few things were missing that affected the experience.
There were no slippers or bathrobe provided in the room, which I would normally expect at this level of accommodation. Additionally, the refrigerator was completely empty โ not even basic drinks or water were available.
These small touches make a big difference, especially for travelers arriving after a long journey. With a few improvements in room amenities, the hotel could offer a much more satisfying guest experience.

Nice view over the river and the city. Very close to all amenities. AC is powerful. Has a nice lounge area.
THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE. I paid via booking and was only supposed to pay the city tax in person, but they charged my card for the whole amount. I caught them immediately and they told me to come back the next day to get a refund. I went the next day, a different front desk lady tried hard to convince me that the amount I paid on booking was just a placeholder and would be cancelled, which is a complete lie. I pointed it out to her that's not how it works as there are two options on booking, one is just to provide a credit card for reserving, the other is to use this card to pay. I picked the latter. She then asked me to write down an email to contact me back. Then I got an email asking me to send my whole credit card number to them! Can this business get any shadier?
The way to get from the underground parking lot to the hotel is rather confusing. You also need the front desk to buzz you and they are not always staffed.

Location from train station and city center was great. Located inside a mall which is interesting and could be good if that interests someone.
Room smelled like urine upon arrival. Stains on carpet, chairs, walls. Room (511) was directly above a VERY loud nightclub that opened at midnight and went until 6am. The sound carried directly into our room. We had the window open originally because the room was extremely hot with no way to change the temperature. We closed the window which did not help with the noise. When we addressed this with the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew it was a problem, offered no help or discount or concern for a lost night of sleep. When we mentioned the urine smell they said we could have called to have someone clean up until 10pm, ultimately, the room should have been clean upon arrival.

Perfect location with tram, bus, shops, and Christmas market nearby
breakfast is good but expensive
Nice Christmas decorations
Drain is clogged, so the bathroom is stinky
Noise isolation is not good, can hear the phone vibrates on the room next door
Long wait for elevator
One of the bed is broken and slanted to one side
The window cannot be locked properly

Amazing location, friendly and accommodating staff
Rooms are a bit antiquated, we could not really control the temp in the room (it was heating or nothing)
