Friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and had what we needed. Reduced price for parking at the station when ticket was validated by the hotel .We were allowed to leave luggage in the baggage room until te to leave for the ferry.
Trying to unload motorbike panniers wasn't possible infront of the hotel but had to park around the corner across the street.

The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast and location were good. The rooms have a good sound isolation, although the neighborhood was really busy and noisy, we did not hear anything from our room.
The A/C was not working in our first night, which caused us some trouble to sleep. That's why we rated the hotel with 6, otherwise our rate would be higher. Fortunately, the staff managed to accommodate us in another room in the second night in which the A/C was working well.

Location is excellent as we pre booked parking at Q-park which comes up right across the road from the hotel entrance. Beautiful restaurants very close.
The air conditioning fan would make an enormous sound every 15 mins. Give us a fright but we one us up. Ended up having to switch it off and sleep with window open.
Fridge did not work at all. Couldn’t get it to even switch on.

Literally just across the road from the station, brilliant if you are travelling by train. Clean room with comfortable bed and clean facilities. Nice breakfast too. Reception and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to unexpectedly return to the hotel after leaving, due to trains being cancelled on our homeward journey. The staff were very kind and managed to find us a room for which we were very grateful.

I also really appreciated the warm welcome & consideration of this gentleman at the reception when I arrived who made everything possible to give me access to my room earlier as I needed to work
But the great first impression fall appart rapidly with the “I don’t care and I can’t / won’t do anything” attitude of the night receptionist and, the fact there were not hot water at night to take a shower after a hot driving day nor in the morning, due to a well-known issue with the shared water boiler for my floor which has not been changed and last but not least, the AC making massive noise. In conclusion, do not except at night with this receptionist to find a solution for those issues, do not expect to sleep at night due to the noise of the AC and do not expect to take a hot shower after a hot day.
I gave 5/10 just to thank the first receptionist for his kindness and support.

Wonderful staff! Gentleman on the reception was so kind, reactive and helpful. We arrived early before the rooms were ready and the man on reception went out of his way to call us and let us know to come and check in even though it was still much earlier than the normal check in time. He was very observant of the needs of our cats and gave us excellent advice and directions for getting to a beautiful local park where our animals could rest in their "bag-tents" and we could take our larger cat for a walk- he loved the park by the way- while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Hotel is very pleasant, modern with entertaining wall art, decent lift/elevator and right across the road from the train station (so practical) but also has good bistro/restaurant on the corner next door- yummy Sunday roast. Comfortable, modern, carefully furnished rooms with cute touches and pleasant view to square with fountain plus air-conditioned- which was huge relief due to summer heat outside being very intense in afternoons.

This Hotel was so very convenient to Train and Bus stations. Bed was very comfortable. A great shower. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were so very helpful with all my questions and I was just passing through. Breakfast was also very nice. I highly recommend this Hotel esp for convenience and a good nights rest. I was able to enjoy an easy walk to the port and nice historic center. Toulon is a very nice City. I will return!

Great little hotel right opposite the train station, so extremely convenient when traveling by train. I especially appreciated their eco-friendly measures such as having a water filtering machine for filling bottles, permanent soap containers rather than miniatures and organic products at breakfast. Staff were also very friendly. Would definitely stay again if traveling through Toulon by train.

The location of the property was perfect! The bus and train station were directly across the street which was very convenient! There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby, about a 5 minute walk. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Place de la Liberté and maybe 20 minutes to the further “downtown” area with lots of restaurants and shops. The bus system was easy to use, we used it to get to the nearby beaches and the gondola (there was still a bit of a walk once you got off the bus to the gondola).
The room itself was spotless clean! A nice added bonus of a USB charging station was in the room, as I misplaced our adapter at our first hotel.
The staff was amazing, especially Justin and Gilles. They helped us with parking, directions and were just so friendly and lovely throughout our 3 night stay. (I am very sorry if I misspelled your names).
If we ever make it back to Toulon, we would for sure choose this property again!

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and I even received an upgrade with a lovely view. The location was very convenient - close to the central railway station and about a 20-minute walk from the port. Breakfast was a typical French-style breakfast mostly with sweet pastries.
I would have appreciated more warm and gluten-free options for breakfast. Also, during the weekend it was difficult to find restaurants nearby that were open late for dinner.
