Perfect location for the rugby match we were visiting to attend as adjacent to the Stade Mayor stadium. It was also only a very short walk to the marina where we had a great meal. We also were able to walk to the Christmas market and other parts of town. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.
There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
The revolving entrance door caused a couple of accidents on arrival at the hotel - my mother-in law walked into the glass screen as there were no stickers on it so she thought it was an entrance - she was nearly knocked out and had a big bruise on her forehead. Another lady in our group was knocked over backwards landing hard on the back of her head and her bag got trapped in the door.

Breakfast was excellent, the location perfect to reach the port, also only 15 min walking distance from the train station . The personal is very kind and always ready to help you.My departure was at 9 pm,but I could leave in the hotel all the luggage and I could spend the rest of the time before the departure in the hotel in the common area having an amazing time with my husband and my son. I highly recomend thus hotel.

Parking is easy, just underneath at a public garage, the hotel offers special rates. Very convenient location if you want to get on the ferry. The hotel is very pet friendly! The room was very clean and spacious, a little fridge would be very much appreciated but water is available at any time for free! And you can make tea at the lobby and take it to your room
Breakfast is good in general, but the scrambled eggs were terrible, didn`t even taste like eggs and there is only computer coffee, no espresso.

Breakfast was good and the location is very close to the port and easy access to all the places. The bus stop is nearby and a lot of options for restaurant and night walk near the port is good. The room was very big and clean. Main shops and the famous markets are very close to hotel.
Dinner was average and the staff was not effective. In my case, they have given another table bill by mistake with additional 18 euros so I asked them to check but they were asking me to confirm whether I had those items rather than checking on their side. The staff asked me a couple of times to confirm what I had which was so embarrassing but finally, they find a mistake and gave me the correct bill.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was terrible, bad quality food with almost zero healthy options. It was almost inedible, the scrambled eggs were certainly made from a box. It seemed the hotel was understaffed, the breakfast place was dirty every single time. The room was really run down and empty, overall a very poor experience compared to other Ibis hotels I've visited in other countries. I wouldn't go back, huge disappointment.

Good buffet breakfast
Access to car park from hotel.
No air conditioning in Early April, bedroom and corridors very stuffy.
Hotel staff released window catch to enable window to be fully open, but had to also keep curtains drawn all day and evening as sun shone in all day and warmed the room considerably.
Had to sleep with window open all night, but then had to put up with considerable noise through the evening and particularly loud street cleaning from about 6am!
Wasnโt impressed with evening meal in hotel.
