The bed was so comfy and the aircon was the perfect temperature.
The walls were peeling, the bathroom was tiny and had no door. There was mould in the shower.
Breakfast was the smallest affair I've ever seen in a hotel. It was basically just toast or granola. There were over ripe bananas and some questionable looking yogurts.
The staff member on the desk when I came down in the morning was also looking after the breakfast room and she wasn't very friendly.

The staff were friendly, location was ideal also.
Everything was negative for our stay.
For starters, they have a strange system where you cannot leave the building with your room key. You must put it in an open box at reception, and you collect it from there when you return. The staff say they will be there always but that obviously isn’t the case, what if someone came off the street and took a random room key from the box and took your stuff?
On arrival at our room, we opened the first door as we entered, and were greeted with a decrepit room filled with pipes and what not.
The whole room smelled of a strong bleach that would burn your nose as you walked around.
The shower was possibly the worst of all, the ceiling in the shower room was scattered with black mould all around, and just all round felt unhygienic.
In the main bedroom, the air conditioning unit had black mould on the inside of it. The walls were cracked, with some features falling off. The mattress was quite stiff, feeling like you had an inch of mattress between the hard bed board.
One of the lamps in the room had an exposed wire, and upon attempting to unplug, the entire case of the plug came off, exposing all electrical components of the plug.

It's a nice hotel, considering the stars and price I was satisfied. The room was big enough, had all I needed. Bed was comfy. Good location. Had elevator. Had AC.
What the others wrote is true: the room is a bit old fashioned and oldish, although was no issue to me. Let's call it authentic. What was however disturbing is the paper-think walls. You can really hear everything from the other rooms.

A quiet room onto a secluded courtyard, well lit, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for clothes, case, etc and a decent-enough private bathroom with shower in bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent and reasonable (though not lavish). A 24-hour desk is always reassuring, especially when one arrives after midnight from a flight. The location was perfect for the centre of Toulouse, easily reached by direct bus from the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and willing to indulge my not 100% fluent French. The location is perfect, within five or ten minutes' walk of Capitole and Saint-Sermin. Pretty good value for where it was, even given that the accommodation is fairly basic.
Rather small and cramped room. Bed was serviceable but not the most comfortable I've ever slept in; desk was tiny and awkward to sit at. Breakfast was not unpleasant, but the buffer was fairly limited in range.
