Great location, clean and tidy, comfortable hotel. Modern decor and room.
Paying for parking is unnecessary. I could see this being appropriate if it were in advance to reserve a space, but this isn't the case. Either way, it's possible to park in the underground carpark but payment needed.

Bed was very comfortable. I liked the minibar and safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Location is superb and there is parking.
I did not sleep well for 3 days because of the constant humming noise from the aircon. even when switched off I could hear the aircon next door humming away. I could hear the noise of the next room toilet and every movement they made.

Great location for the centre. Located on a quieter street but very close to the centre, and good for trams if you need to get about via those. Personally I walked everywhere, which was very doable.
The room wasnβt too small but Iβd have liked a little more space.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the heart, short walk to everything. Breakfast was good but simple buffet.
Temp control of the room doesn't really work. Staff said system is old/bad. Only hot or cold depending if winter or summer i.e. air con doesn't work in winter, and heating doesn't work in the summer, so when we went in spring the bedrooms were really warm and opening the windows didn't let out enough heat. That was the only negative

Great location and very convenient to visit major attractions in the city with walking distance. Room is spacious enough and good value for money. Staff were courteous and spoke good English.
The breakfast was terrific. Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, many kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, meats, bacon and sausage, cereals, and more. The coffee was from a machine and was okay, not great. But everything else was top notch.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with the two small issues I had in my room. Response was immediate, and problems were solved quickly.
Room was too small for a king size bed, but i only used the room to sleep in, so it wasnβt an issue.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the river and downtown Toulouse. We were in town for the rugby world cup, and it was easy to take the train from our location to as close to the stadium as possible.
It was unnaturally hot for September. The AC didn't work as well as it should have. We also couldn't open the window without our privacy being compromised because the "balcony" outside connected to another room and then to stairs that went down into the courtyard.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The Wi-Fi was easily accessable and the room facilities were good. I did not have breakfast. There were hangers in the wardrobe (I had business attire so that was really helpful). I would stay there again.

The location was perfect for me: only 15 minutes walk from where I was working and on the edge of the historic centre of Toulouse.
The welcome was friendly, the room spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower easy to use and pretty decent. Breakfast choice was outstanding. I am coeliac, so it is always lovely when there is a good range of food offered (which isnβt just croissant & baguettes). In this case, you could have mixed salad and fruit and there were loads of yoghurts
I really liked this hotel, so the βminusesβ are all minor ones. The hooks on the bathroom door were far too small and so the towels kept dropping off.
While I understand the need for mattress protectors, itβs really a vicious circle: they are meant to stop any liquid from reaching the mattress, but they make you sweat so badly themselves!
Lastly, and again - a minor and personal peeve - the decor. I had forgotten Mercure hotels have a purple theme and I have a purple aversion, so my room wasnβt the most restful, visually. Also, the decor in the reception area is not the greatest: the carpet looks as though acid has been thrown all over it, the chandeliers and armchairs could have been from a pantomime set - oversized and ugly and finally - what is the point of those heavy revolving doors?
But, as I said, these are all minor complaints and all very subjective.

Fantastic breakfast and location
Parking is under the hotel. Very tight right hand drop if the first level is full. This level holds around 4/5 cars. Luckily there was a space here but I wouldnβt have taken my A5 Sportback lower. The height is restricted but a long car wonβt fit around the right bend. Take care if you have to go down to the next level.

location is excellent for getting round Toulouse old town. Metro stop close by. Staff always smiling and helpful to us.
Car Park - I advised I had a large car with make and model. The only place I could park was alongside some SUVs - fortunately there was a space. the access to the second floor down is too narrow for a long car and I told them they need to be aware of that in future as I would have got stuck!
the breakfast at 21 euros each is way too expensive! we ate out every day to save some money - a good breakfast out is around 11 or 12 euros for eggs and bacon and 8 euros for good continental. Come on Mercure - make it affordable!
